I had a very persistent weight issue due to my high daily food intake, I worked out all the time, but then my hunger would increase and I could never achieve a caloric deficiency. I loved working out, but rarely saw results unless I was also trying my hardest to be strict with my diet. It felt unfair because I was making a huge effort to workout, I deserved to be rewarded with my favourite thing, food.
Trim has helped me curb my insatiable appetite, which has now changed my relationship with food. I feel excited about what the future holds for me and empowered about finally being in control of my weight.

Since Trim I am more confident in myself, particularly around eating in public I no longer feel as though people are watching or judging me on my size. This has had a huge impact on my overall well-being and my close relationships. Thanks trim
