Latest version is almost unusable. extreme long loading times on profiles screen and almost sluggish in every aspect with 2k+ products. search and product filtering is absolutely primitive. sometimes it randomly reloads the entire app while waiting for tag filters to load... and have to configure everything from scratch.

I want to provide feedback on a very serious problem with your system.

After applying a profile update, all of my listing data — titles, descriptions, tags, and other attributes — was completely overwritten and permanently lost. There was no option to restore, no rollback, and no proper warning message explaining that all existing content would be destroyed. This kind of functionality is extremely dangerous because it can instantly break an entire store and erase months of work.

Customer Support is not helping with this issue either. The responses feel automated, like from a bot, and do not actually address the real problem. This makes the situation even more frustrating, as sellers are left alone with a massive amount of manual rework.

I strongly urge your team to:

Implement a clear confirmation warning before a profile overwrite.

Add a backup/restore or version history option so sellers can roll back changes.

Improve Customer Support so real cases like this are acknowledged and resolved, not just answered with scripted text.

Please take this seriously. If this issue remains unfixed, it will continue to cause significant damage to sellers’ businesses.

I signed up to transfer my products from Etsy to Shopify. They charge separate fees for adding both Etsy and Shopify accounts.

After transferring the products to the site once, I couldn't do anything else.

Technical support is very slow and does not offer any solutions.

I understand that Shopify has a processing limit. However, even after waiting for 1-2 days, it did not transfer 20-30 products.

If it can't perform this operation after such a long wait, why did I purchase this service?

Stay away, don’t buy, and don’t recommend it to others.

It would be difficult for me to run my ecommerce (Etsy and Shopify) businesses if not for the hours that Vela saves. It's really grown in features over the last year and the support has been fantastic. People need to keep in mind that the errors that happen are not because of Vela, but because platforms like Etsy and Shopify impose 'rate limits' on how many items can be updated in one time. There's not much Vela can do about that.

This company is a joke. Their app is full of bugs, I used the platform for 15 days and it ended up costing me 7 hours of lost work!! I had multiple issues where the work was supposed to have been published to Etsy, but in reality it never posted it, when I came back to the site the listings which took me hours to create were lost. Customer service seems to be a one person show and he is condescending and unhelpful. A complete false of an app.

Scammer!
They will secretly delete all payment history and limited your account (with the reason that you're not paying)
Also, many people in my community report that their shops keep getting suspended one by one after connecting to Vela.

The new model of pricing on vela is a rip off.
