Giant Bristol レビュー

Excellent experience

Knowledgeable and very friendly/helpful.

James was very good to deal with.

Fantastic service, really helpful staff when buying and supporting my wife with her first bike purchase.

Very helpful with good depth of knowledge

Very approachable staff, helpful and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t fault their service.

Great service.

Been to them twice, have had quick, efficient, polite, friendly service both times. No muss no fuss, I told them symptoms of problem, they resolved said problem. They're a little on the pricey side but I don't mind as they get the job done, unlike my two month long trial and error process at a certain other big Store chain!

Very accommodating, good turn around and kept me well informed.

A great service at really good value for money supplied by knowledgeable friendly helpful staff. A really great experience. Thankyou

Great service

Very helpful friendly and professional service. Allowed me to trial the bike I preferred with no pressure. Addressed all my questions honestly and spent time helping me to make a decision.

Awesome service thanks George!

Took my bike in for a silver service and was taken care of by a great team who were knowledgeable and super professional. A gold standard silver service!!

Really helpful, very knowledgeable, I decided to book my bike in for a service whilst in the store as they seemed very clued up and I want my bike looked after by the best.

Excellent service.

Took the time to explain how the bike works and showed us how to do certain things on the bike. Very patient with us and did not rushed us at all
