Excellent service, very simple and easy ordering process, good competitive price, and delivery was sooner than expected which was a bonus too, as the helmet arrived in time for my granddaughters birthday, I would definitely re-order again and recommend South Downs Bikes.

Without any explanation, you refunded my payment a day or two after the order. That left me needing to source an urgently needed part elsewhere. Then you persistently ask for a review... oops!

This is the first time I have used South Downs Bikes and won’t be the last.Bought some tools and a base layer garment which was actually out of stock! That was not a problem and was informed of a date that it was being restocked and then sent to me and sure enough everything arrived perfectly! Can’t fault them on anything and was a hassle free experience! Will be using them again,,,, recommended !!👍

Contacted South Downs bikes in Worthing after purchasing a Trek bike from Evans and having nothing but problems! Long story short Evans failed to put sealant in both tyres of my bike meaning the tyres kept going flat! I am happy to admit it’s the first bike I’ve bought for my son and am clueless on them - especially on tubeless tyres!! Couldn’t get through to Evans and when I eventually did via their customer services department they said they’d need the bike dropped off and would keep for 5-7 days!!
Contacted South Downs bikes after Trek told me I could take the bike to any Trek approved shop for warranty work! Called the Worthing branch and spoke to I believe Simon who was fantastic from start to finish!! Told him the story to which he immidiately said sounds like no sealant and to pop it down at a convenient time and he’d take a look! Took the bike down, fixed in 20 minutes! Paid for sealant - no charge for his time! He also tightened the dropper post lever and the stem which hadn’t been tightened! Above and beyond customer service, gutted I didn’t know about them before purchasing the bike - will certainly be back for any work / future purchases! Thank you!!
