Ordered a father's day tumbler for my son. It came in with "your" spelled incorrectly. Tried numerous times to resolve the issue but could not contact anyone.

Garbage tracking. Over a month and still waiting to receive an item that was “shipped from USA“ to Canada. Would give zero stars if I could.

They just spammed me, claim to have a 5 star TrustPilot rating. Rating is 3.3 and one review is *clearly* deserving a 1 star rating, but is instead a 3 star rating. Most are not showing up in terms of reviews. Yes, they claim that it's because "they hired a company to do marketing," but no matter what the "law" says, you are responsible for those you hire on your behalf.

They are spamming me out of the blue.

They sent me an unsolicited email and their unsubscribe button did nothing.

I'd never heard of this company until earlier today when they sent me spam! It was sent from a random Gmail account (containing five random letters and six random numbers - always a red flag!). I have NOT signed for their emails. There are various links in the footer of the email - including an unsubscribe one. However, they all go to a random blogspot.com site which then redirects to their main site - they're clearly using this for tracking clicks from their spam... (from a number in this link, it could be the 60th junk blogspot.com account they've got...) So of course the unsubscribe link CANNOT WORK as you just end up on their main home page.

I'm editing this after the reply. OK, so they used a 3rd party marketing firm. However, under CAN-SPAM, and similar laws, companies are responsible for the actions of those who they employ. I hope they can find marketeers who don't spam in the future!
