Beautiful boat, professional staff, friendly informative guide, small group on board made it feel even more personal. Make sure you wear enough warm clothing during the winter months.

Brisbane River Cruise to Lunch package
We did the Cruise to Lunch package on the Brisbane River and had a wonderful day.
It was relaxing, informative and well organised.
We had a delightful Devonshire Tea on board the boat for morning tea, then pulling into Newstead and disembarking for a casual walk along the river to the Breakfast Creek Hotel for a delicious lunch.
There was plenty of time to enjoy our lunch, before walking back to the pontoon to meet the boat for our return journey.
All the crew were friendly, polite and helpful.
Highly recommended.

Emails not received after gift bought
I bought vouchers for my team as a Christmas gift but found out a month later that at least half of the team (that I know of....7) never received the email with the voucher attached. Had I not checked in with my team via my own email I would have never found out they didn't receive the voucher.
I think this is a great idea and I was drawn to it because I have team members in different countries. Despite the problems, the customer service has been very good and they have been quick to respond to the error and rectify it.

The booking process was super easy
The booking process was super easy. I had a moment of panic when I didn’t receive a confirmation email straight away however within minutes of placing a support request I received an email from customer service with a response and a copy my booking confirmation.

Great Options for South & Southeast Asia
I was looking for a gift for my mother + her partner as they will be travelling South and Southeast Asia. It was really difficult to find something suitable from the UK until I came across gifting Owl which had great options and flexibility for experiences in the countries my mother is travelling to. They've not yet been on the tour they have booked (that will be March 2026) but up until now the experience has been great and very smooth. Thank you!

I got given a gift through the website. Booking was relatively easy, the only issue I had was when I went to use my gift voucher I ended up having to pay more. Im not sure why, maybe it was the time of the year. This wasnt clear until I went to accept the booking.

Occasionally, there may be a small price difference at check-out if the tour provider has increased their pricing slightly, or has different price points set for seasons, days of the week, times of day, or for any optional extras added. The gift purchaser is made aware of this potential during the voucher purchase process.

Amazing customer service
After doubling up with the same experience I needed to quickly change it but was a bit with what to get after being sent a very specific list. Jackie was so so helpful and we managed to find a new experience to gift and got the email delivery time changed and refund sent immediately.
Jackie was extremely helpful and fast with replying. And all in the weekend before Christmas.
100% recommend this company for choice and customer service
