We are so sorry to hear you are struggling with the taste of the Blood Orange! While we’ve received great feedback on the flavour profile, we completely get that everyone’s taste buds are different, and it can be challenging to find the right fit.

The blend is perfectly fine to mix with other liquids, just be sure not to heat it, as that can affect the nutrients.

We’re really sorry to hear this happened 💛 as we usually hear the opposite as we have many skin-loving ingredients in the blend! However, we know everyone’s skin can react differently to new supplements, and while many people do well on it, we completely understand how frustrating unexpected breakouts can be!

We are so sorry to hear you were struggling with our old formula! It contained a potent, patented form of selenium which was amazing for hormonal health but some people were sensitive to the flavour profile it gave – we have no changed this!

We're really sorry to hear that the blend is causing you issues.

Since you're experiencing stomach discomfort, it's really important to take it with or after a meal, as the bio-active zinc can sometimes be a bit tough on an empty stomach. After dinner might be a good time, since that's usually a larger meal and your stomach has been lined with food throughout the day!

If you'd like to give it another go, you might want to start slowly when reintroducing it to your routine. Perhaps begin with a smaller half dose to allow your system some time to adjust. You could also mix it in with a smoothie or juice, which may be gentler on your stomach!

Other customers have mentioned they like mixing the blend with juice, cordial or even sparkling water. Those could be other options to explore! The blend is perfectly fine to mix with other liquids, just be sure not to heat it, as that can harm the nutrients.
