Quality of service and positive experience

Giles Warren possesses the valuable ability to make financial and investment advice feel both highly professional and pleasantly human. Communication is always straightforward, friendly, and refreshingly free of jargon for jargon’s sake. He clearly has a strong grasp not only of the markets themselves, but also of the ever-growing range of investment platforms available and the practical pros and cons of each.

Most importantly, his recommendations are thoughtful, sensible, and prudent rather than flashy — which, for a private investor like myself, is probably one of the most desirable qualities an adviser can offer. There is never any sense of being pushed toward fashionable trends or unnecessary complexity; the focus is firmly on sound judgement, careful planning, and long-term thinking.

I’ve consistently felt well advised, never oversold, and considerably less likely to make expensive mistakes under my own steam. In an industry not always known for clarity or restraint, that counts for a great deal.

Excellent customer service and advice

Giles was an absolute pleasure to work with. His email communication was always prompt, clear, and professional. During our Zoom meetings, he was polite, articulate, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Giles took the time to understand my personal circumstances and helped me consolidate my pensions while selecting a scheme aligned with my personal values, such as ethical investments. The detailed report he provided gave me confidence in his expertise, and at every stage, he explained the information in an easy-to-understand way. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed and truly appreciated his thoughtful and tailored approach.

From the beginning Giles exuded professionalism and was clearly well informed. I was very impressed by his close personal attention to my requirements. I have Just turned 55 so wanted some advice on pensions, business and investments, I looked for a local company and found Giles Warren Financial LTD, I had a very good meeting with Giles where he offered me lots of excellent advice on my pension and investments and various business and personal tax options which have even in this short amount of time saved me a lot of money.
