I have just bought beautiful lampshade and standard lamp the staff are so friendly and helpful full marks to them all .

I love my lampshade. Colours are true to the pictures online. We’ll made and good delivery

Whilst very happy with the fast dispatch, delivery and quality of the velvet cushion, sadly it was nothing like the sample I had received before ordering. The return process was easy, but the postage was deducted from my refund - something that irritated, as the product did not match the sample, which was not an error of mine.

I have had a variety of lovely things from Gillian Arnold shops in the past but recently bought 3 lampshades via the internet. The service was excellent. I emailed with a query which was answered promptly and in a friendly fashion. An initial misunderstanding between us about what I was ordering resulted in the prompt arrival of some lovely lampshades, but they weren’t what I was expecting. GA immediately sent free postage to return them and then went out of their way to provide me with exactly what I wanted, despite it not being a standard product and they threw in a cushion by way of apology for the delay.

I spotted Gillian Arnold while searching for a present for my mam. I was amazed by just how much Gillian Arnold had to offer. All they’re products were of extremely high quality. The service was incredible and we even got 10% off for our next visit. Will definitely be going back. Thank you so much!!!

I’d received a couple of the Blue and White Cow Parsley Glass Coasters as a birthday present a couple of weeks ago and was so upset when 1 accidentally got broken. I called Gillian Arnold to see if they sold individual coasters, which they did so I purchased one. My delivery arrived today and much to my surprise it was the full set of 4. I called the shop as I assumed there had been a mistake with the order but was stunned to hear that they had sent me a set of 4 coasters with their compliments and to make sure they all matched up. I can truly say I was overwhelmed with the kindness of this gesture. It really was appreciated and totally unexpected. I will definitely be purchasing again as there are some beautiful items and I’ll be recommending this company to my family and friends. Amazing customer service, completely exceeded my expectations…thank you so much xx

Looking for a gift for a relative's 60th birthday, I plumped (no pun intended!) for a Gillian Arnold botanical design cushion, able to have my relative's name added. The cushion is really beautiful, soft, well-made and of a high quality. The personalisation makes it even more special. My relative loves it! I ordered by phone, and Caitlan was a delight to liaise with - she patiently helped with my order and queries, and I felt valued as a customer. Charlie helped with a follow-up question, and she was really helpful also. Will definitely re-use this company for future gifts. Many thanks once again!

Quick delivery and a lovely deckchair, great quality, same as the cushions and lamps I purchased last year . Just need some sunshine now.

Uniqueness is Gillian Arnold’s ‘unique selling point’ - many of the items in the shop are made from pressed flowers and are actually unique. And beautiful!
This is the place to go for something really special for yourself or for a gift for someone special.
The staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and are are outstanding when wrapping items securely. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Darlington, check it out!

Love Gillian Arnold designs. Service always excellent and products brighten my living space with their natural themes and vibrant colours. Only issues I have are with the website, which sometimes misbehaves. Not a big issue but could probably be easily fixed. For example, products added to the basket show only a description , whereas I prefer to see a picture, sometimes for comparison purposes but also makes it easier to see what you’re opting for.
