Ginge Tours Ltd / Mendip Travel レビュー

From the time we first contacted Geoff he took care of everything; from recommendations, bookings, upgrades, boarding passes and even an email advising of possible road delays on the way to airport. A truly professional service delivered in a personal way, leading to an amazing carefree holiday.

We booked a trip to New York through Geoff which included flights, hotel accommodation and tickets to see Hamilton. I can honestly say that nothing could have been made easier, and with a personal touch Geoff was available to answer any and all questions. Geoff took charge from start to finish with the booking process, providing regular updates, especially when the airline changed flight times. Geoff provided a web based app for my use which contained all information and documents necessary for the trip. I really can't recommend highly enough the services Geoff offers

Ginge tours were excellent. Very helpful, providing great advice which enabled us to choose the destination and hotel that suited our needs.
Lovely personal touch, thoroughly recommended.

I gave Geoff the requirements for a cruise and he did the rest. He then came back with some offers and we took PO Aurora 19day Med Cruise. It was excellent, Geoff was able to secure free parking at Southampton and on board spend. We thoroughly enjoy our cruise so big thanks to Geoff and Ginger Tours Ltd

This was our first holiday booking with Geoff to the Caribbean for our family. It was a pretty special holiday for us as never been to the Caribbean before. We wanted to go to Antigua and Geoff was fabulous in selecting different hotels for us and managed to secure the room we wanted in the most perfect hotel. Everything was taken care of for us and the communication between Geoff and Jo via emails was brilliant. We have already recommended Ginge Tours to friends and definitely will be booking with them again for our next adventure.

From a recommendation we contacted Ginge tours.
All we had was time booked off work and a budget.
We gave this Geoff and he soon came up with several suggestions.
Some that had crossed our minds and others that we had never thought about, but intrigued us.
After getting our initial thoughts Geoff then came up with further focussed ideas and we decided on four nights in Rome.
Going with Geoff's suggestion of hotel, flights etc. He even assisted us on how and what tours would be good to book for our stay.
Several reassuring emails keeping in touch along the way.
Full itinerary sent before the trip with detailed instructions of things to do before we travelled.
The hotel was a great base for exploring Rome and had everything we needed for our stay, relaxing surroundings, good food, drinks and helpful staff.
The trip was just what we needed and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Definitely recommend Ginge Tours and travel with them in the future. Great communication, excellent knowledge, service and communication from both Geoff and Jo.
Thank you.

This is the second holiday we have booked through Geoff at Ginge Tours and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Our first cruise and Geoff's confirmation that a P&O cruise on the Ventura to the Canaries would suit us just fine was spot on. We had a great time and Geoff was there to help us when bad weather threatened to scupper our plans to get to Southampton. We both thoroughly recommend Geoff & Ginge Tours. We have already booked for next year

Booked a cruise through Ginge Tours on a friend's recommendation, Geoff and Jo are really helpful and professional in the booking process explaining everything very clearly and always respond to any questions promptly. We had a fantastic Cruise with Celebrity Cruises, and have already booked another holiday with them to Malta! again the booking process was very smooth, they have saved us money on both bookings compared to other travel agents so could not recommend them enough.

Would highly recommend using this company for all your holiday/excursion needs. Very helpful and flexible, doing all they can to tailor the experience around your needs and budget.
Communication is prompt, easy to understand and reliable.
Everything is laid out simply with no hidden costas. The Trip Plans apps they utilise is a great little tool for keeping everything you need to hand and easily accessible.
Had an excellent experience and will certainly be using them again to book our next trip.

We contacted Ginge Tours for advice on a honeymoon being given pointers on locations and options, we initially went with another company Luxtripper. When this company went bust we sought Geoff’ help again. He was only too happy to assist us again. And put together a great Once in lifetime Honeymoon. The contact throughout was fantastic will all information easy to understand and find. Using Trip planner we had messages from Geoff confirming details and arrangements. We found ourselves facing an airport delay and potentially missing a connecting flight- we messaged Geoff and again Sunday morning received a prompt “don’t worry” reply with the option to call him if needed.
We cant fault anything and will be calling on Ginge Tours again. Thank you Geoff and Jo

Excellent service. Nothing too much trouble.

From start to finish Geoff was great, service was 100% and the result perfect. We gave him our request and he got back to us very quickly with everything we wanted. Dubai was excellent and I would certainly recommend Ginge Tours to fine your perfect trip.

Just returned from the Maldives organised by Geoff and Jo of Ginge Tours what a beautiful place and great memories we have.Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Everything from start of booking to return flight was first class no issues.

Contacted Ginge Tours as we wanted a special holiday to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Geoff suggested the Maldives and he said it would be the perfect location for our special celebration. We placed our trust in him and the location was fantastic. It was like paradise with beautiful views. Geoff organised everything from beginning to end. If we had any questions he quickly answered them. Will definitely use his services again.

Good communication
Helped to answer all our questions and give us personal service, which the holiday reflected. We had an amazing time.
The local agent even left us a beautiful book about Argentina as a gift at our hotel reception which was a lovely surprise.

Geoff really went out of his way to help me with my booking to Morocco which wasn't easy as I live in Northern Ireland. Everything was perfect flights, transfers, hotel even airport lounge pass which made the whole experience a pleasure. Well worth booking with GINGE TOURS 100%

Excellent holiday thanks to the first rate organisation and communications from Ginge Tours. Everything, from the initial enquiry, booking, follow up communications, welcome on arrival and accommodation to the tours and check out at the end was done with the customer's comfort and satisfaction top of mind. I can't rate the whole experience highly enough and will definitely be using and recommending Ginge Tours in future.

Another great holiday arranged by Ginge Tours. Hassle free travel at a competitive price. Already looking forward to our next trip also booked through Ginge Tours.

Geoff was extremely competitive and provided excellent advice and efficient service from the first point of contact right through to our return home from a wonderful holiday. We cannot fault 'Ginge Tours' and would recommend their services unreservedly.
