Ginge Tours Ltd / Mendip Travel レビュー

I would highly recommend Geoff and Ginge tours. We have just come back from a holiday in the far East which needed to include three different destinations for each weekend. Geoff was great, understood what we needed and booked some great hotels which were of a high standard. I would highly recommend Geoff and would look to use him again in the future.

Really easy booking process with some free added extras. Great communication with Geoff, and I have already recommended the company to several colleagues.
Fantastic holiday, great hotel and the whole process was really professional

What a superb holiday we’ve just returned from. Everything organised for us even down to the assisted flying for my elderly mother. I highly recommend ginge tours as they listen to what you want for your holiday and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Excellent communication and real value for money. We’ll be booking again!

Geoff at Gingetours was perfect for us. He arranged our trip to Rome, flights, hotel, fast track at security, private transfer to our hotel. He was on the end of the phone at any time to answer any queries we had. His recommendations for the hotel and tours was spot on. We've already booked our next trip with him.

Ginge tours helped us to find our perfect holiday/ guided tour of Japan.
We really didn’t have a clue where to start so Geoff narrowed it down to a few trips for us to choose from after asking us some questions. Our guided tour was booked with Travelsphere and we couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be using Ginge tours & Travelsphere again 😎

I needed a very specific location that main tour operators didn’t cover. Ginge Tours found the perfect flights, hotel and transfers. It all went like a dream which eased my anxiety of travelling alone. Excellent and personal service that I will be using frequently m now on. Thank you

Geoff booked our hotel in Lille a year ago for the Rugby World Cup in France .
It was an amazing hotel and the room was fab , being in mind that 50k people descended on Lille and the availability was tricky ! A reasonable price too 🥳 defo recommend booking through Geoff !! Fab service …

Ginge Tours if you are planning a holiday.
Our experience has been nothing short of perfect. We gave Geoff short notice but everything from airport transfers, hotels and all information and documentation needed was handled and provided with precision which made our travel completely hassle free. It left us with nothing but the time to relax and enjoy our holiday.
So, no more hours on the Internet trying to figure the where and the how's it will be a call to Ginge Tours for all travel from now on!
As my husband said so many times on this holiday...thanks for the WOW Geoff 👌 👏

We have just returned from a few days in Jersey booked through Ginge Tours. We appreciated the hassle being taken out of our planning - from priority boarding at the airport, car parking and recommendations about what to do when we were there. We would like to thank Geoff and would recommend his service to all; we are looking forward to booking our next Ginge Tours getaway!

I contacted Geoff after a recommendation from a friend. Right from the off I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. After asking what we were looking for he provided a number of options all of which were competitively priced. Following our booking he remained in regular contact giving updates when required. We had a lovely, problem free well organised holiday. I would not hesitate in recommending his services. Thanks Geoff

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Kenya. Geoff was able to meet our particular needs and create an itinerary that maximised our experience in the time we had. Every detail was thought of, from transfers to hotels and Geoff was readily available for any last minute concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely be booking our next trip with Ginge Tours.

Having booked us a holiday to Prague and Berlin, a severe ankle injury forced us to change our plans and look for an alternative with less walking at short notice. We knew where we wanted to go but Geoff was away at a music festival for the weekend - that didnt stop him sitting in the festival field with his laptop and booking it for us though! Many thanks!

Fabulous holiday in Portugal thanks to Geoff@GingeTours - organised and booked within a couple of emails, great personal service, will definitely use again and recommend to everyone. Thanks Geoff

Geoff is a holiday hero! after my original holiday was cancelled by the operator Geoff had me a new holiday booked and sorted within days!
communication was top notch and couldn't ask for more. explained everything i needed to do that he couldn't do for me (visa etc).
I am a picky traveller and Geoff was understanding and worked with me and my requirements.
definitely will be using him again

Awesome job by Geoff, very responsive and quick to sort out any issues and better value than any of the others we looked at. Would definitely use Ginge tours again

Geoff you are a genius !! Despite a late cancellation he worked tirelessly to sort a family of 6 out and got us a great deal .. please use Geoff and Ginge Tours .. superb service 👏👏

Geoff made an excellent job of arranging a short-notice trip to Paris to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary.
My husband is disabled and was still recovering from an eye operation. We wanted to make sure that the arrangements would be suitable and as stress-free as possible.
We liked the fact that Ginge Tours are local and that Geoff was offering a personal service.
Whilst Geoff could not get the dates we wanted at our preferred hotel, he quickly came up with some other options for us to choose from in the same locality.
Geoff also arranged all the rail travel, including booking "Special Mobility Assistance", which we didn't even know existed. This showed that he understood my husbands' disabilities.
Throughout the booking process, Geoff kept us informed of how things were going.
We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the fullness of the information contained on the itinerary.
When we encountered a problem with our hotel room, we called Geoff and he immediately helped to sort things out. We particularly like the fact that Geoff makes himself available 24/7 to help his customers.
Overall, we found Geoff provided a very professional, customer-focussed service. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Ginge Tours and will use them again in the future.

I asked Geoff if he could arrange a trip for my wife and I to Zurich, Switzerland so we could attend the Bruce Springsteen Concert taking place there on 13/6/23...... to complicate matters I asked if it was possible for us to fly to Milan spend a few days there and then travel by train to Zurich for a couple of nights before returning to Milan to fly home.
I have to say Geoff did an amazing job sourcing Flights, Train tickets and providing details of suitable Hotels for us to choose . The whole trip went like clockwork and we had a fabulous time we had 4 nights in total in Milan and 2 nights in Zurich encompassing 3 Hotels each of which were excellent
The most impressive thing about 'Ginge Tours' is the personal attention Geoff provides from the 'itinerary package' you receive to the high level of communication from Geoff throughout the process. He is always available to answer any queries and is happy to be on hand should we have experienced any difficulties whilst on the trip...... needless to say we had no issues whatsoever and my wife and I both feel this was down to Geoff's meticulous planning.
I have no issues whatsoever in using Ginge Tours again and have already recommended him to my friends and family

A great personal service from Geoff, made booking our next holiday so straightforward.

Really refreshing to be able to speak and deal with a human being rather than being funnelled towards a website or app.

No hesitation in recommending Ginge Tours to family and friends.

Great service from Geoff at Ginge tours
Took care of everything for our holiday at Furteventura
A very good experience
