Delay top, Nice lamps

First time I've ordered directly from this company, but I have a few of their products from other outlets. Gingko were very easy to deal with and items arrived in excellent condition. Both items have been put to use immediately and they don't disappoint.

Great Product and the customer service team were incredibly helpful and proactive when I had a problem with it.

Ordered a astra glass mini stellar ocean light online as i saw one being sold in a local store, which looked great. The order was processed the following day and was delivered within 2 days. The quality if craftmanship, the sustainable materials and quality of the product is exceptional. It looks phenomenal and i put it on to unwind at night from a long hard day in the office. It helps me relax and forget about the world. The products sold by Gingko are so stunning, unique and i am already looking at buying the wooden clock next. Thanks guys, 10/10 for me.

We bought a Moon Globe from a sh op in Cheshire a few months back, but sadly it developed a fault (I suspect it was a demo model). I contacted Gingko by email and they promptly replied and were very supportive, and keen to fix the problem. They asked me to send it back, which I did and a few days later they told me is was broken and needed to be replaced. It duly arrived a few days later and has worked perfectly every since. It is had to find such level of service anywhere in this country and Gingko's was certainly amongst the best I have come across in my 70+ years. Not to mention that the product is amazing and has developed a lot of interest in all the members of my family.

I have 2 Gingko slab clocks which I really like.One of my clocks decided it was going to stop working correctly. The sound activation feature stopped working. I messaged Gingko about this and was contacted by Michael. He asked me to send it to them and they would take a look at it for me.Bear in mind this was not under guarantee.Today I received my clock back fixed. Further more,no charge. I would like to say a massive thank you to Michael and the team at Gingko Absolutely brilliant customer support.

Great products from a great company, i've bought 3 of their light collection & rely on the cube alarm daily. All very stylish & practical, i highly recommend them & their products.

I've ordered from this company before. No problems. I like their products. I ordered again, from their site. The order went through. They took my money. A week later, I had to call them to query where my goods were. Their response, 'We're sorry, we were out of stock'. So my simple question is, why did you take the order? Award winners? Shame on you.

The clock I selected was not actually available but a suitable alternative was promptly offered.

This was purchased as a gift for someone else at a different address. I have two reasons for only providing 3 stars as I have not yet heard the condition/quality of the item once received. My first concern was as the purchaser, I received no confirmation of the receipt of my order (though checking my account you did send through the invoice for payment). I did email you requesting confirmation but received no response. The second concern was that all emails from the mailing service came to my email but were addressed to the intended recipient of the gift. The mailing service was exceptional in their communications regarding status of the order so I am very pleased with that portion of the process. From your website content I believe the item itself will be beautiful.

Gingko make beautiful things and this is no exception.

Wonderful products, lovely people & great service

Recieved a replacement Baton light today after our original one stopped working after a year, sent the old one back for repair or replacement and recieved a new on this morning, customer service is absolutely 1st class, nothing too much of a problem, my daughter is very pleased, I won't hesitate to buy products from you again.
