The product arrived earlier than I expected and was well packaged. It was in excellent condition.

Truly amazing gift mesmerising!

I purchased my Baton Light here in the USA from a reputable company and loved it. Alas, due to my placement, my husband knocked it down one too many times resulting in no light except by beating it like a drum stick (which doesn't help much).

As an optimist, I reached out to Ginko Design to see if there was a way I could fix it. Regretfully, my expectations were realized with no fix.

My takeaway here is the exceptional Customer Service with Jon's prompt and consistent contact and follow-through. The Baton Light's failure was because it fell 3' to the floor probably a dozen times or more times and yet had no visible damage at all. In my experience, it was my placement and user error.

I will be more mindful of future placement. (BTW, I've purchases three more!)

Some 5 or more years ago, I purchased a Gingko Octogonal lamp for its superb design.
The lamp functioned well but late last year the mechanism failed.
Contact with the company by email delivered a promise to have a look at the problem. The lamp got sent (via my daughter who lives in the UK) and was quickly returned by the company after successful repairs at no cost at all.

Love this light…

Bought for me as a gift and love it so much that I’ve bought it for another friend.

Very speedy service and delivery. This is our fourth product we’ve purchased from Gingko, and the service just gets better and quicker each time.

I ordered something and paid express postage. It came two days after it said it would arrive so I wasted my money!

Very quick delivery … arrived at the Royal Mail office the day after my order was placed and Royal Mail did a good job of delivering the item.

The Gingko creations are exquisite and beautiful. So well designed, unique, easily charged, offering a warm light. I also found the individual boxes for each item really smart.
The order arrived promptly by post and the products were incredibly well packaged.
And customer service is excellent! I had a couple of queries which I emailed, and each time got a swift reply from Jon who was extremely helpful and pleasant; thank you!
In addition, I thought that the way Gingko Design formulated their new year wishes in their mailing list message was lovely, wishing their subscribers "creativity, comfort, and moments of calm". To me, it reflects the care and gentleness that they impart to their designs.

I bought a Moon globe about a year ago, and it looks great. I had a problem with it now, but the customer service was very helpful and solved the problem very fast and friendly!
Highly recommended, for both products and customer service!

Given correct advice on the phone about the type of charging lead I needed and the lead was delivered quickly.

Beautiful . . I bought one of the space ones for my grand daughter a while ago . . she loves it. This time my niece was super pleased with her gift of the owl . . Maybe I’ll get one for myself next time!! Good packaging and timely delivery 😊👍
