Lovely light and ornament
Lovely light and ornament. Bought the first one (a raincloud) in Christchurch, New Zealand four weeks ago. We were so pleased that we looked up the company on our return and ordered an owl and moon as a nightlight.
The only thing is they show every fingerprint and socks of dust!!

Lovely lights - great service

I was disappointed because it is not…
I was disappointed because it is not possible to use the lamp only with the battery but we must connect with the usb cable (not good and not clairly mention).
The warranty is 2 years on the web site but 1 year on the manuel included in the box ???

Unfortunately the Large Alice Mushroom Lamp is one of the few items of ours that do require a usb connection.
Rest assured, the warranty on all items is 2 years. Apologies for any confusion.

Spare part despatched really quickly, and was very reasonably priced. Great to see companies investing in long lifespan for their products.

Certainly a 5 star company
Certainly a 5 star company. So many elegant products which are all very unique. I have been buying from this company for a few years now , I always get excited when new products are released. Every product is 5 star quality , I love the newest release which arrived yesterday which is the AstraGlass lights they are fantastic quality and light my room up beautifully. Customer services are always very helpful too and fast at responding. Would highly recommend , you won't be disappointed.
