Love my new mushroom light; a stylish, relaxing addition to our sitting room. Trying to decide what Gingko product to buy next

Communications is slow, logistics incredibly slow. I have been waiting nearly a month for EU to EU delivery, and all I got was one e-mail initially saying "order is now processing" (on day one), and "order is now complete" (on day 14). Now it's day 23, and the parcel is nowhere near me. None of this was indicated at the time of ordering, and no sensible updates since (what does it even mean, "the order is now complete?")

The lamp is beautiful and exceptionally well made. It came quickly and was packaged very well. It is a bit smaller than I anticipated, but that's my own inability to visualize dimensions. Would absolutely (and will very likely!) Purchase from this company again.

The company sells a beautiful little lamp, and follows through with good communication and, fast shipping. Recipient loved it.

Ordered the light, didn't get a confirmation email. Money has gone from my account, no parcel has arrived. Have reached out to gingko about this three days ago with no reply. Still waiting to solve this.

I ordered the amber crystal light (stag) from Belgium and received it only a couple of days later. Perfect addition to my winter / Christmas decorations.

Prompt delivery. Very nice product which is to be given as a Christmas present.

Beautifully crafted and designed pieces. They are like little works of arts combined with technology and sustainability. Very sleek and unusual. Extremely appealing and great as a feature in a room, whether it be their unusual lighting pieces, audio or clocks.

I recently bought Alice Mushroom Lamp from Gingko Design. I am very satisfied. The lamp is just beautiful. There was an issue during the international shipping. The issue was resolved very quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Gingko Design's beautiful and inspiring products.

I bought the Ginkgo Smart Diffuser Lamp as a gift for my friend. She is delighted with it! She loves the 'Smart' tasteful design. The lamp gives a lovely ambience to her room, which is enhanced by the diffusing of her favourite fragrant oils.

I love the Gingko products. I’ve bought many of them… wonderful idea(s) and so original and unique, the design and concept is a one off.
Also it’s a fantastic talking point too. Will only buy from Gingko, as I know it’s always going to be a genuine Gingko product. Great gift for anyone .. Top bananas!!
