I was struggling with constant spiraling debt month after month, it was wearing me down both physically and mentally and could not see a way out when I came across an advert for Giraffe Money. Having read the reviews I thought I'd get in touch as I had nothing to lose by trying. . . What can i say. . It was the best message I'd ever sent.
Within minutes I was in touch with Anthony, who immediately put me at ease. Explaining to him my situation, he was very comforting and non judgemental.
He went through a number of options and finally settled on an Iva.
He got to work on it that same night and by the end of the next day him and his colleagues had finished submitted the application
Within the month the Iva had been approved, and it didn't cost me a penny.
I now pay less than 20% of what I was originally paying a month!
My life has been completely changed by Giraffe Money. I'm no longer stressed, can sleep better but most of all I can now be there for my family,
I cannot recommend these guys enough, forget 5 stars, they deserve 5000 stars!
Thank you Anthony and all the staff at Giraffe.

Absolutely fantastic service and experience. Helped to make a bad situation bearable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Anthony and Darren for all your help and advise. Reduced my monthly repayments from over £700 a month to £100. Such a weight lifted from my shoulders. A+++++

Where do I start....I had been trapped in a debt management plan with StepChange for over 2 years and each year felt like I was getting nowhere fast. But then I seen an advert for Giraffe Money. That is when things changed finally!. Soon as I started speaking to Darren I knew he had my best interest in mind. The process was quick and very easy. His team were always available at anytime. Anthony and the young office worker Martyn couldn't be anymore helpful and knowledgeable...Finally now I can sleep at night. Thanks Giraffe Money!

Having buried my head about debt for many years I soon got myself into a position that I just kept running away from.
I stumbled across Giraffe Money and I am so pleased I did.
After reading their reviews I decided to get in touch via the Facebook Messenger.
I can’t begin to tell you how much easier it is to ‘chat’ to one of their advisors on messenger. There is no judging, no sense of nervousness and they have been nothing but friendly and understanding throughout the whole process.
Every single one of my questions was answered and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you Giraffe Money, thank you.

Excellent service, Anthony was extremely helpful from the start. Went through all my options carefully with me and made regular contact along the way including calling in his own time to reassure me when I was worried, brilliant service. Thank you 😀
