The prompt reply and level of professional communication is above most businesses these days.
Within 72 hour's the issue was resolved. Clear instructions as to what they required, once provided (Tina) the rep I was in communication with, took the necessary steps and warrantied the product.

Communication with sale representatives easier to explain my problem with my enroller. fast take over and solution proposals.

Simply Wow! I chose Giraffe retractable hose for my home and I’m so very happy I did. The product works as advertised and yes I also had to contact the after sales team and they resolved my issues without a hiccup. Most places may have a great product but then the after sales team are problematic if you need to go down that road but not here it’s efficiency at its best, thank you Giraffe Tools and thank you Doris for your assistance.

Good product, better customer service.

This could have been 5 stars except for two items: 1) the directions could have been better. For example, there's no reason to hook up the hose before assembling the unit, but eventually everything came together. 2) Secondly, the external brass fittings leaked. To the company's credit, once I supplied proof of the problem, they quickly shipped a replacement. It's a very sturdy hose reel that now works well.

Great products and customer support

The products look great! Excited to get the retractable phone chargers for my house! It will clean up my counter tops.

Like the pressure washer after having it for almost a year it started to leak the company stood behind there products and replaced it with no hassle good company good product

Had an issue where the pressure washer stopped working out of the blue.

I contacted giraffe tools and immediately got a response and was sent out a replacement unit within a few days.

Whilst it’s never a good thing having a product stop working… the customer service was faultless and within a few days the replacement unit arrived.

The products are designed well and very convenient! And if you come with an issue with a product, their customer support is top tier.

Took a little over a week to get a response but after the initial response it took less than two days for a replacement product to be shipped to me.

I had an issue with the retractable hose I bought from Giraffe tools. After I was not able to get the hose to retract, I called customer support. The man I spoke with was very helpful and asked me to film a brief video showing the problem. I emailed it to the company, and Doris, a customer service rep handled the rest. A replacement was on its way in days! Thank you so much. I wish all companies were even half as helpful.

Quick, easy & painless

After only two uses of the jet wash the hose already has a huge split , the split is on a part of the has that does not even leave the reel so this has not been done by something on the floor or catching etc.

Unfortunately before purchasing I did see a review on YouTube where a customer had a issue with the pump completely failing & he explained how the customer services was no where to be seen. Unfortunately it appears I am now having the same issue , why offer a warranty if you cannot get in touch with the company.
