Mi ero iscritta per errore, quando mi sono accorta di cio' ho contattato l'assistenza clienti la quale ha risposto subito con grande gentilezza e disponibilita'. Customer service representative, Diamond, was helpful. the fact I had to seek assistance was the only downside.

Only thing i thought was crazy was they are asking me to review them even tho i didnt use them and before they would send me a refund so here i am.

Hola.. Por error del sistema me ha cobrado varias veces mi pedido por el cual tuve que suspender todo para volver a solicitar en el futuro y muy eficaz el programa y la ayuda de los Equipo de Escalación están revisando el caso para cerrar en la brevedad posible..

Me brindó una solución rápida con mi reembolso y dio de baja mi cuenta sin mayores inconvenientes.
