Customer service representative, Diamond, was helpful. the fact I had to seek assistance was the only downside.

Only thing i thought was crazy was they are asking me to review them even tho i didnt use them and before they would send me a refund so here i am.

Hola.. Por error del sistema me ha cobrado varias veces mi pedido por el cual tuve que suspender todo para volver a solicitar en el futuro y muy eficaz el programa y la ayuda de los Equipo de Escalación están revisando el caso para cerrar en la brevedad posible..

Me brindó una solución rápida con mi reembolso y dio de baja mi cuenta sin mayores inconvenientes.

Me ayudó en resolver mis problemas gracias por eso

0 stars!!! Wouldnt recommend ever! This company is holding my refund* from a purchase i didnt make* (i have emails to prove) that i have reached out numerous times, completely unsatisfied!! If as stated in your email " that i will recieve my refund once you see my review- i will be ss and sending to email weve been in correspondence!! Because i feel like theres gonna be another excuse next!!!
