Hello, I can assure you that we never ignore customers and we reply to all messages. We thoroughly checked our email system and I can honestly say we did not receive any emails from you specifically about a wrong item. The first indication we had of the issue was when you left this review.
I am not for a moment suggesting that you did not send an email, but it certainly was not delivered to us for whatever reason - sometimes emails are filtered out by the software and do not reach the recipient. We would definitely have replied if we had seen it.
We sincerely apologise if you received the wrong item - it will just be down to human error where someone on the warehouse team has placed the wrong item in the parcel. These things are always a possibility of course, and although rare, it can happen with any retailer.
We fully refunded your order, along with our apologies. I hope you will agree that we have provided good customer service when given the opportunity to do so. Therefore, I also hope you will agree that a 1-star, poor, rating may be unduly harsh.
