When I ordered there was a bogo offer

When I ordered there was a bogo offer. I noticed this changed later to a bogo1/2 off offer. (Confirmed Glasses Sale: Buy 1 Get 1 FREE! Hurry Before They Run Out) My customer support message was "pick out a pair and order them and I will take care of it and give you a discount". So I was to pick a pair out and use me credit card to buy them and hope it was taken care of? Very disappointed. ticket ID 157960 and subject "order ID is 000010764

A couple of frustrating delays in


A couple of frustrating delays in getting these glasses, but I was very happy with the product once it arrived. The frames were the same style as the ones I previously bought through an optician, but notable sturdier. Definitely a big jump in quality and I’d order again from GlassesPro. Thanks.

We've tracked your order and have emailed you the tracking number. According to the USPS website, your frames should arrive by Saturday, July 15th.

In addition, if you are considering getting lenses for your frames, we discussed the process during our call, including the need for your Pupillary Distance (PD) and the associated costs. We're happy to guide you through this process should you decide to proceed.

Called several times with no answer or automatically directed to ringtones that nobody ever picked up on. In the end they didn’t even have what I was looking for but it had advertised that they did. They stated they were short staffed and did reach back via email, but the emails were boiler plate templates for the first two rather than responding to my specific question regarding the frame that I wanted. even being short staffed, they could do a little work on customer service.

Good and trustable

I broke my easyclip sunglasses a week ago and this family-owned compagny was there to help me. My experience with them has been sincerely great! The customer service is *chef kiss*, and the site is really well done! I had no problem with any steps of the transaction. Its a really good and trustable site web/compagnie! I bought my sunglasses from Canada-Quebec and the shipping price was really affordable to!
