Great customer service
Great product, good price and great customer service-acknowledged my request for a forgotten discount I was entitled to use. They just refunded me the difference: so prompt and efficient.

Beautiful Dress
This dress is beautiful and arrived well packaged and uncreased.
I do not know if this is a retro design, but it takes me back to the late 70s when I was growing up and the lovely styles and prints that were available then.
The dress is very well made and fits perfectly. It is labelled S/M and I am a size 12 at present due to biscuits!
I was not happy with Royal Mail because they do not follow instructions and are unreliable these days compared to Evri. I would have preferred not to have the item requiring a signature because I found it hard to be in at the appropriate times. Royal Mail claimed to have been to my house when they had been nowhere near, and I had been waiting in for them. The dog had not barked so they had definitely not been. They are unreliable and do not stick to schedules. If they had been, as the email stated, there would have been a card put through the door. I would suggest a more reliable carrier this is not my first negative experience with Royal Mail.

There’s no return details in the post…
Clothes are amazing and I love the company. But the return details aren’t included in the post from the online order. I’ve emailed the company and it took a little while to hear back. You have to have an account to request a return. So a bit of a faff. However someone from customer service called me, apologised and I received the details for the return and the money reimbursed very quickly.

Love the dress
Love the dress. only 4 stars as would have loved it to be more cotton/viscose than polyester. Will see how hot it will be in the summer sun. But otherwise fit very good and love the side pockets.

Best customer service
The two women working at the store made our visit completely amazing. They welcomed us in and introduced us to how the store works. They listened and observed the pieces we were pulling and then suggested other amazing pieces to try on. Nothing was pushy or with the aim of selling…our interactions felt candid, playful and I ended up buying three pieces that I absolutely love. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip to London.
