Order a brochure for mobility scooters which gave the information about their different models
One problem no prices which meant calling for prices maybe a flyer should be included with latest prices

I have been extremely impressed with the service I’ve received from Glebe Mobility.

I’ve dealt with both Ann and Sam in Customer Service, and both have been friendly, helpful and very proficient. Sam in particular really took the time to listen and understand the difficulties I had been having getting my mobility scooter accepted by an airline.

Through his patience, diligence and willingness to investigate the problem properly, we eventually discovered that the manufacturer had supplied me with the wrong documentation for the scooter battery. Once the correct document was identified, everything finally made sense and the issue could be resolved.

It is very reassuring to know that the after-sales service is every bit as good as the service when purchasing. I’m extremely happy with the support I’ve received from Glebe Mobility and would happily recommend them to anyone.

A very well-deserved five stars, with particular thanks to Sam for going the extra mile.

We made an appointment for my wife to look at and try motorised wheelchair. There was two chairs already set out that we had asked about in email when booking and allowed ample time to try both with explanations about the differences.
There was no pressure to purchase but my wife was more than happy with one of those chairs, any accessories we wanted was added. Delivery was quick with tracking and delivery team phoned to give us notice they where around 30 mins to hour away.

Ease of ordering and prompt next day delivery. Information was provided at every stage of the process. No complaints. A very good company to deal with.

Easy to order, delivery on time and helpful operatives. Chair is good and comfortable. Only criticism is that the control handset light is very bright. To be able to dim or turn off would be beneficial

Really happy with the chair. Very well mad. Very comfortable. But!!! I was told when I ordered that they couldn’t take away my old recycler 2seater. But when I spoke with the deliver guys the said they could’ve taken it away but it was outside and that’s why they couldn’t. But I had it moved it out there the day before to make space. A bit gutted about that.

At The Swindon Garden Centre Showroom we were served by Steve and he was very helpful , I had a test drive of The Executive Autofold Mobility Scooter . Steve allowed us to try it in our small car for size . We had no hesitation in making a purchase . Thank You Steve .
At the present time due to health issues haven't been out on my Scooter. The Scooter was delivered two days ago after ordering , on time by two polite delivery men .

Excellent, fast service. I ordered the Ergocap Ultralite ferrule to fit on my 19mm walking stick. It arrived quickly, well wrapped. It was very slightly loose, when attached to the bottom of my walking stick, a blob of Epoxy glue sorted that right away. I walk with much more confidence with my stick, the four corners adapt to every step and help me walk more safely, than with a standard ferrule. Highly recommended.

The promptness of your reply and delivery on time as promised. The scooter was well packaged and well protected from accidental damage. The follow up for insurance and warranty etc made things easier. I have spent several weeks investigating the many units available on the market and this particular model ticked all the boxes.

Not had a good experience with this company at all. I pre-ordered a riser/recliner chair and paid the deposit. I was told the remainder would be taken a few days before delivery. The remainder was taken on 27 May, but by the middle of July I had to cancel the order and ask for my money back! I then ordered another chair which was labelled "for delivery before 27July" Customert service says I will be told 24/48 hours before delivery - no comment about delivery date already in the past!
