I wasn't pressured to buy and I wasn't rushed. Was able to try many scooters.
The price was within my buget.

The process from ordering my new electric wheelchair (Mobilise YE200R Ultra Comfort Elite) to getting it delivered was flawless, easy and accurate throughout the process, would happily order from Glebe Mobility again.

So easy to purchase. Website was full of information. The scooter arrived when stated, well packed and easy to set up.
Delivery driver was helpful and polite.

Appalling from start to finish!
Booked a viewing of a £1,500 automated wheelchair and drove an hour to the showroom to be told the person needed was out that day.
Bought the wheel chair anyway but it became faulty and unreliable.
Terrible customer service - they didn’t want to put things right at all and tried everything not to replace the very expensive piece of kit.
In the end they had to replace the broken chair but it was hassle all the way.
Certainly wouldn’t have spent such a large amount of money with them had we known the aftercare was this bad.
This company are quick to take your cash but not so quick to help when things go wrong!

The website was very easy to follow and to place an order. I needed a couple of changes which a quick phone call sorted and an email conversation was also very useful. I was cautious but everyone was very helpful and everything went very smoothly

Halo Wheel Chair it’s easy to fold and fairly light that fits into my Car thanks to Glebe Mobility

I bought my recliner a year ago. Has been an excellent product. I had a minor problem with a loose wire and contacted customer services. Seen by an engineer who could not recommend repair. Contacted by a lovely lady called Louise, decision made to replace my chair. No hassle no problem. Follow up to ensure my new chair had arrived and working well. Excellent company to deal with

Good communication with Glebe office, very easy process when ordering the product. Fast delivery, next day, 2 person team delivered and setup the chair. The possibility to return the item,if not satisfied, for whatever reason.

The astral lux chair is superb but delivery was a bit of a nightmare.
The first chair was Brown not grey as ordered so went strait back immediately.Two very understanding guys.
The replacement, two days later was this time the right colour BUT just left in the lounge for me ( aged 82) to assemble!
Unfortunately not the same delivery guys.
The original team have now been back again and sorted it out.

Delivered next day by two polite guys went together pretty easy,haven’t tried to disassemble and put in boot of car yet ,but fingers crossed all will go well

delivery was as stated the people who delivered were excellent .the chair was very comfortable

Everything went smoothly apart from confusion about the delivery time which was earlier than
I requested.

Very easy to order. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. Very happy with the electric power chair that I bought.

It was a great looking rollator, well made and very light, unfortunately the depth of the seat was to narrow for me so I called customer services and they arranged for it to be collected.It was all very easy and person I spoke with very pleasant.I would definitely use them again.

Scooter was delivered on time & as stated. I ordered a spare battery ,the wrong type was delivered.Lady arranged pick up & delivery of correct one. Both things were done quickly & on the same day.

Delivery was supposed to be between 12 noon and 2pm but actually came at 8pm. That aside the two men who delivered it were very polite and installed it and demonstrated it well. The chair is really nice though firmer than I thought going off the picture in the advert. All in all I’m happy with my purchase.

Very fast delivery and the scooter is very good quality

I needed to buy a scooter to replace my previous one as I managed to break the back axle! I researched Glebes reviews were great and more importantly the Errand Pro was exactly what I needed higher ground clearance, 9° climb, boot scooter and 18 miles from battery* in ideal conditions light parts for putting in the car. Bonus of light and reflectors, mirrors and purple flashes, I ordered one in the evening and recieved it within 48 hours. It was well packaged and relatively easy to assemble having owned one before. I will say the manual is poor in terms of assembly and disassembly instructions so making use of the build delivery might be better for others. The scooter is comfortable and the suspension actually works. Going uphill does use battery power quicker to be expected though. I'm very happy with the purchase and experience.

The Pride MG Lite mobility scooter is very light and easy to lift and ideal to take on holiday BUT Beware, when I was going up a small ramp it tipped up and again on 3 other occasions the front wheels left the ground once when I was thrown into the road with oncoming traffic approaching .
Needless to say I will no longer use it.
Purchased from Glebe Mobility in April I have reached out to Glebe mobility customer service to exchange for a power chair ,I have been offered a derisery £400 to part exchange,the scooter is as new and cost £1700 just 3 months ago.
So buyer Beware this is an insult,I am extremely upset at the way I have been treated by Glebe mobility and feel this scooter is faulty it is liable to tip up on small inclines even footpath ramps it is not Safe and I believe not fit for purpose unless you sit bolt upright and use it in shopping arcades.
EDIT... Glebe have increased their offer to £700 still derisery considering it cost £1700 -it has now been returned to Glebe for review.
