I purchased my disability scooter from Glebe. In less than one month I had an issue with the front tyres. Glebe promptly sent me two new front tyres, free of charge. Always a polite person on the end of the phone. Would recommend. Thank you. Carl.

The delivery and installation was very good ,the chair is comfortable , the only thing that we had a problem with was the remote is fitted on the right side and is awkward to use as a left handed person and cannot be changed

Dear Lesley, thank you for your feedback. If you had let us know we could have moved it before it went out. It is possible to move to the other side, there is a cable tie that needs cutting, and then it can be moved.
Battery seems to keep well charged…
Battery seems to keep well charged after 4 miles. Engine started to do a little noise on the trip back.
Also, has sometimes up and down on speed on flat pavement when at max. speed.
Quick delivery.

Fantastic service! Was able to try a couple of wheelchairs and also try them in the car. Wheelchair arrived when they said it would and has done the job I wanted it to (music festival).
The instruction manual could be improved. We had trouble working out how to charge for the first time - then discovered a button on the battery!

The chair I ordered was delivered within a week and even with a couple of problems during delivery the guys were great and I am very happy with my new chair and the staff in the support office were very helpful
