Excellent service, the woman on the phone Tara so helpful

Quick, professional and well made product.
It took a long time for my Mum to choose a chair, so I was grateful she found a good one. The chair IS very firm so if you want something softer, perhaps not this model. I appreciate it needs to be firm for the massage part to work effectively. We have got round this by draping a duvet over the chair to provide padding. She does not use the heat feature (for safety) but can still feel the massage. Perhaps future chairs could have a six-eight inch electronic extender for the feet, so that her feet don't get so tired hanging over the edge of the footrest.

Very long delivery time scales but after some emails and phone calls I was given the option of a chair in warehouse and choose that with £300 taken of price so eventually everything worked out ok

Website easy to negotiate. Have had the Ultra Comfort Elite power chair for about 10 days. It is better than I expected. It is sturdy, comfortable, easily tackles uneven asphalt, and bumpy grass verges. It has recliner and leg support so I was able to relax under the trees in the sunny weather. The heated seat cushions will be welcome in the cold weather. The control will take some getting used to as it goes fast with little pressure. I have no complaints and if I were to go back and choose again it would be this chair every time. Glebe customer service are a pleasure to deal with.

Range of products and sales person who understood what we needed and was very helpfull

Amazing delivery service. Making the order and payment was a tad tricky , but i persevered and eventually was able to place my order. Once that was said and done the process became so easy , the people delivering my chair was so lovely, they was kind and friendly, they spoke us through how the chair worked and didn’t skip a beat. The chair is so comfortable and has meant that some days i have been able to spend with my family rather than stuck in bed ! Its helped massively given me more to life.

I called this company as I was interested in a chair they sold but was too far away to see it irl. They answered all my questions and stated I could try the chair outdoors within the 14 day return window so I got my savings a purchased it online. It came within 48 hours and I luckily had my adult son here to help with delivery, but that's another matter taken up with their company. Once built, the chair surpassed my expectations. It drove so well and handled better than ever on our old dirt path, across bedded gravel and long grass. It's comfort is phenomenal. I can adjust the back easily with a button not pre made holes. The leg rest is great, though could be a bit longer for me. I'm 5.7. However, it makes a world of difference, and it all folds down and is picked up by my husband or son and put in the car boot. So so happy, thank you.

I’ve had my Halo for a couple of weeks now and find it to be a really good chair. Light enough to put into the boot of my car without assistance. I’ve had ultra lightweight chairs before and find this to be the most robust of them all, quite sturdy and smooth to operate. My only slight concerns were it was supplied without a seat cushion, which was dispatched for delivery the next day and as I traded in my old chair I couldn’t redeem my new customer voucher online and therefore ended up losing a £30 discount.

Jane at Studley Grange garden centre was extremely helpful with our choice of chairs giving us well needed advice.
Delivery was good, with friendly, helpful guys and also very quick.
Highly recommended.

Kept informed of order status. Delivered & installed as per order & old chair removed. Delivery driver polite & helpful. The chair is sooooooo very nice,comfy nice finish. Bliss

Dealings with personnel from Glebe were overall professional and pleasant , unfortunately the courier company delivering the Glebe product were not so efficient, causing me major inconvenience and financial loss.
This has been mitigated by Glebe taking prompt action and making a generous compensation offer , for which I am grateful and thank them .
I am very pleased with the product purchased and if it continues over time I would consider purchasing more products.

Brilliant service fast delivery

I have been trying to speak to customer services for weeks. Phoning at different times different days and haven’t been able to speak to anyone, just told busy call back. I wonder if they actually have people you can talk to. I want to order a chair but I’m put off by not being able to speak to anyone, what would happen if I had a problem that needed sorting out and can’t speak to customer services?

When i ordered the Errand Pro mobility scooter i missed delivery deadline for that day . This pushed my delivery to 4 days . On speaking to customer service a kind lady got if for next day delivery Thank you . The Scooter i have used 2 times so far and i am very happy with the purchase . Suspension is good performance is good . Only drawback i found is if you have the tiller moved towards you the headlight shines up away from the floor there is no instructions to alter this . Overall the Errand pro is doing a great job giving me back my outdoor space . In my opinion this is a great boot scooter for me .
