I finally got my order 8/9/2023 after i file a complaint. I received an email from Jenny of Gle company apologizing of the delay and with a note that gifts will be sent because of the delay. I think the company really wholeheartedly value their customers. Thank you

I’ve ordered from the company the last year.
First, this product is not a cure all for wrinkles lol I dunno why people are saying it has “erased” their wrinkle. Sure, when you first apply it, your skin looks softer and fresher but throughout the day it goes back to whatever age you are lol it has been good to my sensitive skin so that’s a plus.
There’s been an issue with my order every time. Twice now though, the company has been out of all of the products I’ve ordered and NOT LET ME KNOW!! I order in time for my previous stuff to finish for about a month or so, so I don’t run out. It’s been 6 weeks this time with no product showing up. Like other reviews say, I had to be the one to reach out to them, and they took their sweet time getting back to me! Even after they finally got back to me, I still had no tracking or confirmation of when to expect it. I’ve been out of product for a couple weeks now, and with sensitive skin it’s been tough to adjust to something else. Don’t (quite literally) waste your time waiting for this product. It’s easier to find something just as good at a beauty store or online. Read the reviews. After my products finally arrive I will definitely not be ordering again from here, weird that they don’t get back to you and weird that you have to be the one to reach out about the missing order. My last missing order was $200 🫠

Not happy Jenny!!
I placed my order on or about 24 June. I received an order confirmation saying that I would receive a dispatch notification in the next day also. Then the emails started coming from Glè:
“The product you ordered is currently unavailable.
Our trusted supplier of high-quality premium ingredients experienced a shortage, and we refused to put anything else that was not up to par in our formulas.
Please bear with us for a few more days; we guarantee your package will be shipped soon.”
I ordered the bundle at a cost of $142, but Jenny will not tell me which item in the bundle is compromised.
In fact, since I asked for a refund, I’m not getting any response whatsoever.
Buyer Beware!!

I NEVER received my products...it has been over 3 weeks since I ordered them. Do not trust this company.

So after posting my initial review I got an email from the company apologizing for my experience and I was told they were sending out a package with my original order free of charge. I thought it was a nice gesture and intended on posting about it once I recieved the package. They did send me a package with some products so I wanted to make note of that and thank you.

Very disappointing results. Far from what I expected. I saw no improvement whatsoever after 4 months of using this product. I used eye serum, night cream and day cream.

I love the way your products make my skin feel and look. I plan on continuing on the plan I have.

I really like the facial cleanser. It feels good while using it and it leaves my skin feeling wonderful.

Used with my other Gle facial care keeps my skin hydrated and looking young.

Great stuff! Very light and no greasy. Another plus is how it doesn't burn when I put it on after shaving my face.

Excellent quality and really does provide nourishment to the skin while smoothing out wrinkles.

I am so totally impressed with FINALLY finding a product that leaves my skin feeling moistuized all day long...so many thanks for that !! For the past 2 months using the skincare products For Wrinkles and For Dark Circles has made such a wonderful difference to the overall appearance, softness and texture of my skin. I am so happy to have found your products and recently I have ordered the Night Cream to complete the set.

I've been using Gle products for about 3 months now and am really enjoying the way they make my skin look and feel! I also contacted Customer Service to ask about product ingredients and was impressed by the speed and the care they took in responding to me. It felt like a personal connection.

I love your products! My skin looks and feels so excellent! People who know me have said they are impressed with my results. I use the Skin care for Dark Circles and the For Wrinkles and the Good Night skin care. My skin has not been this soft in a long time!
