Learnt a lot of the history of Belfast bathing.
Found the tour very interesting the baths have been immaculately restored.
Julie our guide was very friendly and informative and we had plenty of time to explore on our own afterwards.
The onsite coffee shop was busy so unfortunately didn't get a chance to indulge but looks nice if you just wanted to pop in for coffee .

Be very careful on how you use your code when streaming on this service. Easy to lose access if you use VPN's or privacy browsers. I paid twice for a event because I used a VPN and lost connection on my first payment. Tried to explain this to Glistrr and it turns out they really don't care and won't refund. Be very mindful before you pay to use this service.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Looking back at the support thread relating to your transactions, your access code was used to access the live stream on an Android device, and then attempts were made to access it from two further devices — a desktop computer and an iOS device — using the same code, which were rejected.
Access codes are single-use and device-specific, as outlined on the event page prior to purchase, detailed in the linked documentation, and covered in the terms and conditions agreed to at checkout.
It's also worth noting that even if your IP address changes — for example, if your VPN switches to a different node — you would remain authenticated on the original device.
We hope you'll consider using glistrr again for a future live stream event.

Poor communication
Advertised protected tickets as refundable. I tried to make a refund on one of my tickets and they said no. It’s just misleading and poor communication.

TicketPlan insurance is offered as an optional extra with ticket purchases and protects against cancellation resulting from accidents, travel disruption and unexpected illnesses. This information is what is provided within our checkout — at no point is it claimed that all protected tickets are refundable.
The insurance product information document and full terms and conditions are provided ahead of purchase, which confirm all of the situations that would be covered by the policy. By purchasing this insurance, you agreed that you had understood the coverage that you were purchasing.
TicketPlan insurance is not a guarantee of a refund. You must make a valid claim against your policy via ticketplangroup.com/glistrr.
Given that your review appears to be directed at TicketPlan and their refusal of your claim, we would appreciate if you would remove this review from our profile or at least adjust it to reflect the service that we provide.

Loved the show.. It was really fun and something different. Loved all the different scenes and characters... The actors were excellent and handled the outside noise and their busy surroundings really well! Would Def recommend!

Friendly staff. Would just recommend that when booking it states standing venue bring a chair, but otherwise great event.
