I’m sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with your payment. Looking at your transaction using the ID that you provided, I can see that your transaction was made from Instagram’s in-app browser and your payment was via your bank account which required a redirect to your bank’s app. Depending on your bank, this can sometimes cause issues when your bank tries to redirect you bank to the Instagram app.

We’d like to understand this issue further, so our support team will follow up with you directly by email.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you ran into issues making payment from your bank account, but glad to hear that you were able to get your tickets with Google Pay without issue.

Paying via your bank account relies on a third party provider, Pay by Bank, as well as your bank accepting the payment. For payments via third party providers, acceptance and declined payments are unfortunately outside of our control. Without further information about these failed transactions, we can't locate any further detail on the issue that you experienced. However, if you had reached out to our support team at the time, we may have been able to provide some further error information if your bank was responding with a more detailed reason as to why the payments were being declined.

Given what I have explained above, I would appreciate if you would reconsider your review based on the experience you had with our service rather than the warranted frustration that you experienced with the third party payment provider.

After checking your transaction, I can see that this was an early show that ran from 5pm until 11pm, with a last entry time of 9pm, which may have caused some confusion.

We require the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card to verify your transaction and access tickets. Without this additional protection measure in place, anyone who knows your email address would be able to search for and access your tickets.

Our checkout process holds tickets for 10 minutes to allow customers to complete the checkout process. This time is extended further for some payment methods if you are redirected to a third party payment system.

Upon checking, I can see that your first transaction attempt was with Revolut Pay. You did not complete payment after you were redirected to Revolut and therefore the tickets were released once the transaction timed out. I’m not sure if you ran into an issue with Revolut or your payment method, as we are unable to see any details related to Revolut’s system.

When you went back to create a new transaction, tickets within the ticket type that you had originally chosen had sold out, so the only option available was the next available price tier which you purchased.

Given that your experience with Revolut — a third party payment provider — is completely outside of our control, we would appreciate if you would remove or adjust this review to reflect the experience that you had with the service that we provide.

Unfortunately we do not control the availability of events or tickets on glistrr Resale. Event organisers decide whether to enable glistrr Resale for their event and if enabled, resale becomes available once the event sells out.
