Nicole was the best teacher I've ever had. Her blend of humor, knowledge and deep insights creates an amazing training experience. I felt transformed after this NLP training and can't wait to share that with the world. A lot of gratitude for all I've learned.

As someone holds high standards and is very mindful of the programs I engage in, I have invested countless hours in exploring training options as part of my professional development. Choosing the right program is important, let this review speak to exactly that.

I can wholeheartedly and in full honesty say, that the experience training under Nicole in Global NLP Training is unparalleled. I am writing this review a month after, and this is the time I’ve needed to fully integrate such a meaningful and life-changing experience (truly though, no fluff!).

I have trained with Nicole twice in two different locations, both confirming that what is brewed and alchemized in her classroom is truly rare. A huge part of its magic already takes place before the training even begins, and that is with the magnificent job Global NLP does at summoning such ambitious, open-minded, courageous, forward-thinking and genuinely kind humans in a room.

Let alone the quality of the content that is taught at Global NLP… wow. I was craving real, tangible, effective, and powerful tools that I could blend into my work to level up the quality of support I can offer my coaching clients. My expectations were exceeded. I feel resourced and beyond excited to implement everything I’ve learned, knowing without a doubt that the knowledge I now have can, genuinely, change lives.

Know one thing: if you decide to train with GlobalNLP (a no-brainer, if you ask me) be ready to become a better human. A better friend, colleague, family member, spouse, member of our greater community… and becoming a better coach, if that is applicable to you too, is simply the byproduct of it all.

I had an incredible experience with the Global NLP program, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The 16 days are truly life-changing on so many levels. Nikkie, the trainer, is truly the best in her field—extremely knowledgeable, highly experienced, and at the same time very down to earth. She doesn’t just teach—she shares genuine wisdom, drawn from deep experience, in a way that really resonates. You can feel how much she truly cares about the group and each individual in it. She brings a great sense of humor into the training, which makes learning both enjoyable and engaging. What really stands out is her ability to tune into the group and create a safe, supportive environment where every participant feels seen, heard, and comfortable to grow.

The program offers a perfect balance between theory and hands-on practice. You don’t just learn concepts—you actually experience and apply them, which makes it incredibly powerful. It provides valuable tools not only for your own personal development but also for building or enhancing a professional coaching practice.

The smaller group setting makes a big difference as well, allowing for more personal attention and deeper connection throughout the training.

The location in Amsterdam is fantastic - very central, and it’s inspiring that they offer trainings all over the world, including Portugal, Mexico, the US, and Bali.

I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to grow personally and professionally. It’s a truly enriching and transformative experience.

I didn’t fully know what to expect walking into this training, but it ended up being a deeply meaningful experience. It was practical, thought-provoking, and profound in ways I’m still processing.

Nikki is the most INCREDIBLE trainer and NLP practitioner. I am continuously amazed at the depth, breadth, and practicality of her work. I attended her training last June and it gave me the skills and confidence to finally launch my own coaching business!

Attending Global NLP Training’s with Nicole Schneider as the facilitator, was so much more than I expected. Nicole isn’t just a phenomenal instructor, she’s a guide, a space holder, and someone deeply committed to your growth. This wasn’t a typical lecture-style course. We practiced with each other, we experienced the tools for ourselves, and Nicole personally walked each of us through at least one exercise so we could fully embody what we were learning.

This work has truly changed my life, my marriage, how I interact with my children, how I see myself, how I see others, and how I navigate challenges. I now have tools that help me meet hard moments with clarity and empathy. I’m also showing up as a more aligned, intuitive facilitator for my clients.

I hesitate to even call these “workshops” because that doesn’t really do them justice. This isn’t just a certification. If everyone had access to this kind of training and applied it, the world would shift in the best way.

I have joined NPL Practitioner and Master course with Nicole during 2 weeks on Bali. The course is very well structured, the materials are written in a simple and user friendly way. The fact that you spend the whole time in a new environment and devote these time for learning and being in the process is a huge plus. Nicole is an experienced instructor and knows how to bring the complex material in a precise, comprehensive and practical form which I found very beneficial and different from other teachers. I would reccommend this course to anyone who wants to learn NPL in an easy and comfortable way.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have in my heart for having the opportunity to learn NLP from Nicole. When I was thinking of signing up for an NLP training, a close friend of mine said Global NLP was the only place to go. I am so glad I listened as this experience was life changing.

Nicole creates a beautiful space where you can learn, feel open, and allow yourself to grow in ways that are unexpected. I recently had the opportunity to attend the Global NLP Training in Miami, and it was truly an eye-opening experience. I was first introduced to NLP during my time in graduate school for Social Work, but this training took things to an entirely new level.

What stood out most to me was not just the valuable information shared, but the hands-on, small group experiential learning. Amazing trainer who is also quite funny. Nikki has a great way of delivering the material, offering hands on training, and with a good balance of keeping you engaged but on a schedule.

I did mine in Marina Del Rey, CA twice. I imagine the other training locations I've heard about are just as fantastic. Repeated the course because I missed days the first time. But overall the wonderful location was very helpful to make the course feel more enjoyable (rather than like studying for an exam). Very refreshing compared to a meeting room in an office or rented hotel space. And when you enjoy something, you learn!

What's also great about the training is people come from around the world for Nikki and you have the exciting opportunity to learn with people from different cultures.

Although the certification is in NLP, pretty much anyone who works with people can benefit from this material. There is much you can gain beyond the knowledge while spending the time in the training.

I don't know why I waited so long to take this NLP class. After intense research, I decided to learn NLP and I have used it daily since the fantastic sessions with Nicole. The classes were well structured, and after a brief explanation, we were able to practice each concept, which allowed us to leave the class with a high level of confidence to apply NLP in our lives.
