I ordered and paid for this device in December 2025 under the pretense that the lead-time was 3 weeks. We didn't receive the device until May 2025. That's way more than 3 weeks. The communication was poor.

I was told both transmitter and receiver will be shipped. When I received only the receiver I called and they said â only whatâs in the boxâ. So the whole thing cost $250 and more for absolutely no use. Unfortunately the folks on the phone have no idea or experience with equipment

Very poor customer service
Part of my order was cancelled, saying the item was discontinued. I got an automated email telling me someone would reach out within 2 business days. 3 business days later, nobody had reached out, so I did. I was informed they were busy, and they didn't know of a replacement. I looked, and the same item was still showing as available, with a different part number at a higher price.
I inquired about getting free shipping, since I'd ordered enough to get free shipping on my original order. I was told I had to place the order 1st, then they could submit a request to credit my shipping charges. So I did, and I was never communicated with again, and shipping charges remained on my order.
Please stop making your customers jump through hoops so you can raise prices after orders have been placed.
