I found the process quite easy to navigate and got a quick response.

I registered for Global Entry for both my husband and myself online. Within a couple of days I heard back on my conditional approval and was told to call for an appointment. I realized I did something wrong with my husbands because I didn’t hear back. I called and they told me what I needed to do to correct it (very helpful). We booked our interviews but it was 2 different dates in New Orleans ( very easy and convenient since we live in Baton Rouge). We went for my interview and they were kind enough to do my husbands interview too. We were both approved and received our cards in the mail in two weeks. Much faster process then I thought it would be

I had a renewal and a written response for approval was on line within the week and they said it may take a few days to a few weeks to receive the new card. I was very pleased and impressed with the efficiency and the personal touch.

Excellent experience renewing my Global entry from my old card as a minor to a new adult card. Customer service was very impressive and I was able to get a new card very quickly!

I started this online application on Sat 23rd November 2024 and my full approval was granted in exactly one week - all online. This was an excellent, courteous service with all my many questions answered promptly - highly recommended.

I accidentally showed up a day early in Otay Mesa for my appt. The man at the front was very firm in not letting anyone with an appt into the building but gave no other help. He pointed to a phone number on a sign. The phone line to call and speak to someone was always busy or wouldn't even ring. The desired location to book an appt was also never available and could not look more than a month down the line. The process of booking was confusing only using the email. And the directions sent in the confirmation email were confusing and not as accurate. My phone directs were fine despite what they suggested following. Once I was seen for my appt though, everything went smoothly and timely. Spent 20 minutes probably entirety in the building and less than 5 minutes being interviewed.

I'm overall satisfied with my order. even though it took longer than I expected, I advised you to apply long before you plan to travel as if you are already planning to travel, you may not get it on time. It requires a background check, which takes time.

The reply to my first review said I requested a refund. I did not nor did I receive one. The phone number they have listed for customer service doesn't work. I'm not surprised. My wife has never received anything letting her know her status since ordering in July. They haven't even responded to her email inquiry. Do we have KTN's or not? It's going on 4 months. Call me you have our cell #"s

I am delighted with the wonderful service of the Global Entry support Team through email and face to face during the interview. Communication is crisp and clear, response time is very low, Turnaround time is minimal. Overall "A" Class Service.

I am experiencing the same as many others. I call and wait and then they hang up on me. I filled out my application and paid for my pre- check in for the TSA and have never heard back. I email and get an automated email back that tells me nothing. I try to log in to my account and it says it cannot did me. This is aweful and I don’t know what else to do!

No one picks up the customer care line they hang up after a few minutes. No appointment details after making the payment. Requested refund but no update. Scam

I started this process in September and still not completed. Waste of time and money It Would have been faster to go directly with Global Services
I call and just put on hold forever to then be disconnected. The emails going in circles not getting anything accomplished.

The process was easy and fast and I received emails alerting me to it being received, also approved and shortly after received in the mail.
