La lampe de lecture fonctionnait bien pendant 1 an, après la batterie a comment à se décharger très vite et la lampe ne tenait plus droite. J'ai contacté le service client plusieurs fois durant la période de la garantie mais ils ne m'ont jamais rien envoyé pour remplacer.
Mon numéro de commande était 405-1741433-2897104 sur Amazon, si quelqu'un de l'entreprise voit ce commentaire merci de faire le nécessaire.

Very disappointing. Purchased their survival lamp from a well known online store which indicates there is a year warranty on the product but an additional year if you register your purchase. Within a month of my purchase, things started going wrong. 1st the charging usb-c cable isn’t working and I had to use my own usb-c cable for charging. The white indicator markings on the lamp all disappear (probably use chalk instead of paint). Fast charging isn’t working. Their web site says if you aren’t happy with purchase to claim a refund or warranty replacement. Email them with my issues. Received auto response that someone would get back to me but no response for several days now. Their customer service is non existent and their product warranty is a big LIE, so don’t expect any replacement during the warranty period if product is faulty.

Easy to navigate the web site. I've made two orders recently. In both instances, I found the lights I wanted quickly. Shipping was great and fast. Great products.

The product is fabulous and was delivered in a timely manner.

I do a lot of reading before bed and have learned that the bright white lights can disrupt my sleep so have found Glucosent through online searches for night reading.

I ordered two lights, one being a gift. I got one light pretty quickly. I had to ask where the other light was. First I was told that both lights were sent in the same box but I knew that wasn’t correct and I had the packing slip showing that only one was sent. Then I was told that the other light was being shipped separately. It just seems to me inefficient to ship the same, small light in two shipments.

The light is very nice. I recently started cross stitch and this light illuminates perfectly while being so light weight. It keeps a charge for a long time, much longer than my neck light that I already have. I would highly recommend this light for reading and crafting.

Quality made neck light. I’ve bought a couple from Glocusent over the years and they all have been dependable - people borrow them and don’t bring them back.

Buy direct from company they shipped as fast as Amazon.

This is my second purchase. I was happy with the first book light so I ordered another. The second one won’t turn on and won’t hold a charge. When I plug it on to charge it seems to be charging but if I remove it from the charger it dies .

I wouldn't give any star if that was possible ! I ordered a neck light for a Christmas present in early December giving it plenty of time to get to my home. I was told I'd get an email from the Glocusent company as to the delivery updates - never heard from them. Then I get an email to "review" my product which I never received. I checked the tracking number only to find out my order was deemed "undeliverable" it looked like it never left their facility. When I inquired I was not given a reason why it could not be delivered. If I had not checked into my order they would have never contacted me. I hope I don't have to fight for a refund from this loser company and I'm out a Christmas gift.

My order didn't start out that well. I didn't hear anything back for quite a while so I emailed asking if it had been shipped. At that point I was told my light wasn't available but would I like it in a different colour? I said yes, and received it a few days later. So it all ended well. I also have another Glocusent product which I love. Looking forward to using this new one!

Great Black Friday price, but it was just below the free shipping threshold, if you didn’t buy the case, so I ended up getting a case too.
