I just checked your order, and it seems your order was placed by 26th January, and our team fulfilled your order by 28th January with USPS.

The tracking is currently showing as arrived at Post officer on 3rd Febuary and awaiting for the delivery. The expected deliivery date is 4th Febuary.

Great products and excellent customer service...
I am a repeat customer and on airplanes I am frequently asked by seat-mates about the reading light, where I got it, etc. I am happy to recommend Glocusent. Their customer service reps respond in minutes, not days, and react to issues and concerns. Very impressive.

Good device (actually best one around), support awesome!

Compared many everyhwere: Thomann, Amazon, ebay, even AliExpress and finally, after checking many evenings, chose the new stand light from Glocusent.

Well *bummer* out of stock :( Nooooooo ;D

Contacted support... Most companies would say wait until... not so here, they managed to get me two in a very short time. THANKS! <3

PS: And, yes!, it is as awesome as advertised so far. As a technical person I am very curious how long the batteries will last...

Quality Products & Outstanding Customer Service

I initially purchased a mini book reading light and whilst it was of excellent quality it turned out not to be suitable for me so it was returned.
I subsequently received an email from Glocusent asking why it wasn't suitable which was because I didn't like it clipped to the book and it wasn't bright enough when clipped to the head board.
At that same time I expressed my interest in the upgraded neck reading light and to my surprise I was offered that product free and it arrived just 2 days later!"
The upgraded neck reading light is excellent and perfect for my requirements; it is very comfortable to wear and with 3 colour options and 3 brightness levels it should be suitable for most situations.
The customer service provided by Lulu Peng was exceptional and far above and beyond my expectatons and I wouldn't hesitate in buying Glocusent products in the future.

I can't seem to update my review. I recvd 2 lights ans gave one for a gift already and my friend was thrilled to get it!! Also you did advise me of delivery info after my first review. Thank you.

You accepted my order and you give me no information about shipping when it's coming how it's coming what's going on I don't like this being in the dark other companies let me know

I checked your order, and it seems the system missed the tracking link when fulfilling your order, have updated your tracking information manually and you should now be able to track the tracking through the USPS link with the tracking number.

We looked into your order, and it seems that our team tried to inform you that the upgraded neck reading light is currently unavailable in Canada, we currently are waiting for the next shipment of gray, pink, and blue upgraded neck reading lights coming soon.

We can either switch to your order to the classic neck reading light, or process a cancellation for your order. Please kindly let me know which solution you prefer, and we will act on it immediately.
