High product quality, but room for improvement in support and flexibility
I have been using gloryfy eyewear for over 10 years now, specifically the G14 model, and I can confidently say that the product quality is outstanding. My glasses have accompanied me through countless travels and daily activities, and they have proven to be extremely durable and reliable. Only recently did I decide to purchase new lenses, as my polarized ones had become scratched over time and the visual clarity was no longer as sharp as before. From a product and quality perspective, I am still very impressed.
The reason I am giving three stars instead of five is related to my experience with customer support and ordering flexibility.
When placing my order, I unintentionally created two orders. One was paid and processed correctly. The second order was not paid, and later I received emails offering a 10% discount on that unpaid order, followed by an even higher discount of 15%. When I contacted support to ask whether the already paid order could be adjusted to reflect the discount, I was told this was not possible. Instead, I was asked to cancel and return the entire order and place a new one using the discount code.
From a customer perspective, this was difficult to understand. The system seemed to reward hesitation more than commitment. As someone who was certain about the purchase and had already paid, I would have expected a more flexible solution, such as a partial refund or price adjustment. Due to ongoing travel, returning the order and starting over was not a realistic option for me.
Another point of frustration was the lack of customization options. I initially wanted to purchase a complete pair of sunglasses with different lenses, but I was informed that full customization is not possible. While it is possible to buy lenses separately, they cannot be freely combined with a new frame. Given the premium positioning and quality of the product, this limitation was surprising.
Overall, the glasses themselves are excellent and there is a lot of potential. With more flexible customer support policies and improved customization options, the overall experience could be significantly better.

At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with our customer support and ordering options 😔. We completely understand that the situation with the discount offers and the limited customization options was frustrating for you. Unfortunately, the pricing is determined automatically by our system, so we cannot make retrospective adjustments ⚙️. That’s why we suggested the solution we did, as there is currently no alternative.
As a medium-sized company, the logistical costs for full customization are substantial 🏗️, and unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to offer more options at the moment.
Despite the inconvenience, we hope you continue to enjoy your glasses and thank you sincerely for your many years of loyalty to gloryfy! 🙌✨

Hallöchen......ich bin Meega zufrieden mit dem Service, ich habe mir an einem Abend eine Brille gesehen im Netz und dacht mir......die will ich haben und gönn sie mir,.......aber dass sie am übernächsten Tag in der Früh schon mit mir auf der Terasse das Frühstück mit Kaffee und Sonnenschein genießen durfte war natürlich sehr überraschend. Bin sehr happy das Produkt bestellt zu haben, kann die Brille nur empfehlen und den Service.

Gutes Einkaufserlebnis
Der ganze Prozess bis die Brille bei mir in der Schweiz war, war top. MWST und kein Zoll! Brille ist genauso wie beschrieben. Vielleicht hole ich mir nochmals eine. Top macht weiter so!
