Tom has been a great help and I would definitely recommend him. He took the time to understand my situation properly, explained the market clearly, and flagged relevant legislation that could affect my options. Very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. He also recommended reliable estate agents and solicitors, which really matters when a lot of money is involved. Easy to talk to, personable, and great with communication.

Tom at Gloucester Mortgage Centre has been fabulous, in less than ideal circumstances, he has answered every question asked of him, and there have been many!! He has walked us through a number of different types of mortgages (buy to let, normal, buy to build) sorting out each one, always at the end of the phone if needed as well! The service provided was impeccable, what took our previous mortgage provider to get in 2 weeks, they did in 2 days. Friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything I had questions on, nothing was ever too much trouble. I highly recommend and we will be using again.
