Piragash and his team come highly recommended and I can see why! After various delays in planning and a round of offers that expired Piragash was extremely patient and went back again to obtain further offers of finance. The team then took the time to run through all of the relevant offers explaining the pros & cons of each lender and their terms. Piragash also has the benefit of thinking with a developers' hat on, so is always on hand to advise from both sides of the fence, not just acting as a broker, but much more. I ended up going with an alternative source of funding but even then, Piragash was completely understanding and even took the time to advise and offer advice where needed. Will definitely be doing business again soon with Piragash and his team, as I haven't found that level of professionalism anywhere else.

Piragesh is one of the best brokers I have come across in a long time. He really gives you his time and fully understands your needs. Piragash advised on how to pitch our unique and innovative business model to the banks and how to risk plan. At the time I had never done this and it was hard to judge a good broker. Now having gone through the lending process myself and having learned so much about property finance and spoken to many brokers I would say: if you use one, use a good one. If you want to do it yourself, then find someone who can advice you how best to do it. Piragash will definitely protect you and negotiate a good loan arrangement for you. He will think on his feed to make sure you are not exposed to too much risk. Make sure you don't use a broker who simply looks to get you the loan and a good commission. Use one like Totum Finance who will have your interest in mind and with the ability to think of a good solution.

Totum have provided just the right amount of support during a sometimes onerous process. The manner in which they show information is clear, concise and identifies the key factors at a glance. They made a difficult decision making process easier...and then continued to act on our behalf through to completion.

Totum Finance are the best brokers I've worked with since I started dealing with various finance applications 10 years ago (coordinating financing process in a substantial group of companies). They have not only helped us to find the best deals on the market (development finance/ mortgages) but helped us from beginning to the end of the process by completing all required application forms on our behalf, compiling information packs for the lenders, getting and comparing the best deals, following up on progress with lenders/ solicitors and us making sure we are not losing time, also helping us post completion with drawdowns and communication with the lenders if required. Hard working, always available, doing much more than I'd expect from a broker. Recommended.

Being a new developer, funding my development has been a challenging task. After trying to get it done with a couple of other brokers, I met Piragash. I contacted Piragash at Totum Finance for consultation and was pleased at how quickly he responded and flexible he was when it came to setting up a meeting. Totum understood my briefing almost immediately and were able to provide some insight into the various types of finance available and which would be the most suitable for me. As a first time buyer this was fantastic as it helped me better understand how the process of raising finance works. Piragash at Totum Finance was integral in getting our loan package concluded for our 39 flat development in Greater London. His knowledge of the internal credit processes within lending institutions meant that most lenders that were approached approved terms for the transaction. This was in the face of a very difficult economic climate resulting in many lenders changing, withdrawing or refusing to offer terms due to ongoing economic uncertainties due to the Brexit political situation.

He was very persistent in achieving the best result possible especially when some of the lenders presented unreasonable terms . His perseverance resulted in some of the lenders in improving their terms to those which were ultimately acceptable. He was very fast to respond and also diligent in seeing the transaction through to completion
