Chloe and Jordan at Glover Priest (Stourbridge) were great throughout the conveyancing journey on my new property. They responded instantly to emails, and communication was excellent throughout. Price was reasonable and the online portal a breeze to use. Would recommend and use again. Thanks.

Overall happy with service but initially had our solicitor leave and no notification of who would be taking on our case until we chased them up. Laura who took over was very good at communicating and Hayley in her absence was good too.

Offer to completion in 9 weeks. Exceptional.

We had previously employed another local firm who provided our conveyancing through a disasterous 4 years of buying and selling. They moved at a snails pace, lost us our first purchase, and eventually racked up 3k in search and solicitor fees. We could not fault Chloe and Jordan who responded to every email speedily and efficiently.

Glover Priest use an online and user friendly portal which streamlines the usual enquiry process and has proven to be very slick and I think has outshone other solicitor’s methods.
Separate to this online process we have had easy access to our friendly and efficient conveyancer Anouska King and her assistant Gemma Aldridge also supported by equally proficient colleagues when covering their annual leave or work patterns.
All in all I would not hesitate to use Glover Priest again and also recommend to family and friends.

I contacted glover priest initially 26th of Jan 23 in good time for my wedding in June 23 to arrange a pre nuptial agreement. As you can imagine the timeline is imperative to secure an agreement before the wedding.
I spoke to a solicitor and made full payment 5/2/23. Appointments were postponed at short notice on a couple of occasions due to the solicitor being busy.
Obviously time is of the essence as a draft agreement needed to be completed before the wedding, as after my partner could have refused to sign anything.
Contact was few and far between but I assumed the solicitors would have this in hand, and chased them up.
Because of the delays, sadly it was apparent that my prenuptial agreement had no chance of being completed before the wedding. So we had to change it to a post nuptial agreement.
I was very unhappy because I knew I was now vulnerable, should my partner not agree with my terms or should he refuse to sign. I felt worried my assets could be at risk. Up until the prenuptial point prior to the wedding, he was in agreement with signing a pre nup without too much fuss, and knew I was arranging it.
After the wedding we had endless arguments about the pre/post nup. He was scrutinising what my solicitor was saying and it felt like we were negotiating a divorce. This in itself caused unnecessary bad feeling and a strain on our relationship.
Due to this I felt pressured into getting the post nuptial agreement completed as quickly as possible, as at this point as it had gone on so long, it was causing problems, and it needed to be sorted once and for all.
The solicitor made good points about my entitlement but my partner disagreed and i had to agree with him in the end, and get a document in place that was not what it could have been should the solicitors have acted in a timely manner.
I made a complaint in August 23 about the delays and the stress it was causing in my relationship, and insisted on coming to their office, as everything had been dealt with over the phone up to that point. That seemed to push things and the post nuptial agreement was finally posted to us in November 23.
**There is no malice intended with this review** But it was an extremely stressful time due to the delays. I did not feel my pre nuptial agreement was a priority to this company.
It also worries me that if anyone else is considering a prenuptial agreement and they have a lot to lose they should go to someone who will protect them properly.

We sold our house through Purplebricks and were appointed a firm from their panel, however we were unhappy with them and could never get an update from them so we appointed GloverPriest. They were fantastic, so much so that we also used them for our purchase too, Musrat Hussain in particular was very proactive and we felt like we were dealing with professionals from the moment we instructed them. Very happy with the experience with them.
