Glover and priest Stourbridge saved the day.We was originally using the Quinton branch and it didn’t go to plan , Chloe and Jordan from glover and priest Stourbridge took over and they was on it from the time they took over 🙏..

Please do not use Glover Priest for your conveyancing needs. Chole Trumans team have been nothing but disrespectful and rude in correspondence. As first time buyers we are trying to understand the process and instead of explaining anything. They have sprung extra charges on us at the last minute, because they know the process and we don't and now we can't back out. Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish.

We bought our first house using glover priest solicitors. Jordan and Chloe were very professional, polite and informative. They always replied to our emails immediately and chased the sellers solicitors. They managed to exchange contracts for us very quickly. Definitely would recommend

Chloe and Jordan were always very friendly, informative, and were readily available which was important on the basis I was not local to their office. There was quite a bit of legal wrangling with my purchase and Chloe and Jordan defended my interests well and this left me feeling really reassured. Whenever I had questions they were always rapid to respond which again left me reassured particularly as a first time buyer. Their online portal made submitting documents easy and manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone even if like me you live in a different part of the country.

I dont normally leave reviews or feedback but felt strongly regarding this one. Me and my partner sold our home through gloverpriest and have nothing but positive feedback. The communication was great, we received emails back pretty much straight away or within the hour. We were kept in the loop at all times. Being in a chain we had feedback from other people regarding the lack of communication from their solicitors and we felt very lucky that ours were so attentive, approachable and supportive. They made the experience a lot less stressful. We will now pass our positive experiences on to family and friends.
