Our commitment was to prepare your application and secure your U.S. visa appointment within one month. We successfully fulfilled this commitment by completing your application and securing your appointment within the agreed timeline.

After your appointment was confirmed, you informed us that you were unable to attend on the scheduled date and requested that it be rescheduled. As per our original agreement, the total service fee was payable in two stages, with the remaining balance becoming due once the appointment had been successfully secured. We did not request any new or unexpected payment beyond what had already been agreed. Your request was to reschedule the appointment after it had already been booked, and we informed you that we would continue assisting you in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

We respectfully disagree with the allegation that we are a "scam" company, as it does not reflect what actually occurred. The agreed service was delivered successfully within the promised timeline. The current disagreement relates to your request to reschedule the appointment after it had already been secured and the outstanding balance payable under our original agreement, not to any additional or unexpected charges.

We maintain complete records of this matter, including the agreed payment terms, proof of payment received, the completed visa application, the appointment confirmation issued within the promised timeline, and our correspondence regarding your rescheduling request. We will be happy to provide these records to Trustpilot or any appropriate authority should verification be required.

We remain committed to treating every client fairly and professionally and are always willing to assist in resolving genuine concerns through constructive communication.
