There is simply no other plug-in that offers everything this one does. There is a steep learning curve on the interface and setup, but once that is out of the way, it works fantastically well. But the absolute best thing about this plugin is the support. The customer service is unbeatable.

it was great to use a shared screen Zoom call to get the settings figured out. I think one thing that could even make it better is to say in your welcome email that this is what you plan to do in the Zoom call. At first I was reluctant because I just thought someone was going to talk me through it and I figured written instructions would be just as good. It never occurred to me to share my screen and how effective that would be.
