Wrong house despite postcode, even proof shows it's wrong
Despite my postcode on order, driver delivered to my neighbours gate. I went home when i got the email saying delivered, but nothing at my house. I contacted customer service (agent was helpful) and the map location proof sent to me shows my house in picture being next door of where driver put them. The boxes were partially damaged and being by neighbors gate near a busy main road, very visible to passing traffic. Very unhappy with this and informed company whom i ordered from about this. Not first time I've gotten damaged parcels from gls, don't recommend.

Paola was very helpful
but the tracking from Germany ended on the 24/09/206, so my eta question was not answered because the tracking after it leaves Germany cannot be tracked?.

Extremely unhelpful
Extremely unhelpful. I rang them and after the usual 5/7 minute wait time, they could not tell me what their own nearest pick up point was. They told me to ring the vendor (online merchant) to collect the parcel despite the fact that I had prepaid for a collection with GLS

They have lost 2 of my parcels
They have lost 2 of my parcels. I was told it would be delivered on the 23rd then i was told 25th, I phoned and they then said 28th, I phoned again and they wanted my invoice from Zara to locate the orders. I emailed them this as they requested and then I got an email reply directly from the email I sent saying they lost my email and to resend it because they are updating their CRM system. I will never order from anywhere that uses GLS again. It's put me off ever ordering anything further from Zara again incase it goes with GLS.

GLS — can you please explain how a parcel can be marked as delivered when it was never delivered?
My parcel (2160038xxxx) was marked as delivered and I received an email confirming delivery. I had received nothing.
I contacted the sender, who confirmed that their system was also showing the parcel as delivered.
When I contacted GLS, I was then told there was no photographic proof of delivery and that it could take up to three days for the driver to contact me regarding redelivery. I asked to speak directly with the Limerick depot and this was refused.
Then this morning I received another email saying the very same parcel was now out for delivery again.
So which is it, GLS?
Was the parcel delivered or was it not?
If it was delivered, where is the proof and where was it delivered to?
If it was not delivered, why was your system — and the sender’s system — updated to say that it was?
I have tried contacting GLS again today to clarify this, but calls are now not being answered.
The parcel was originally due by the end of last Friday. Delays happen, but falsely showing an undelivered parcel as delivered is a completely different issue.
I would genuinely like GLS to respond to this review and explain exactly what happened to parcel 2160038xxxx, why it was marked as delivered, and why it is now apparently out for delivery again.
At the moment, the tracking information and communication from GLS simply cannot be relied upon.

Despite leaving a 1 star review, next parcel was dumped by roadside
Despite leaving a 1 star review previously, parcel was yet again dumped at gates no where near the house, where anyone could have taken it. Suffice to say - any parcel that goes missing - I will hold GLS accountable (+ my time dealing with it) and a letter will go to the MD. This dumping of parcels will stop. tracking number 21600073396
