GM Coach work are Chester. They provide me a WAV with lots of manufacturing faults. They didn't believe l the problems I am facing. They made my life so much difficult and full of stress. They kept my vehicle in there workshop for more than 3 months and didn't fix even one problem. They could not order a new wiring loom for my vehicle. They disconnected lots of things. They stop my vehicle hand book and so.e other paper that were in my car? I have been using this vehicle since may this year. During first week all four injectors were changed. Usb slot not working. Vehicle loss power while driving. Vehicle making lots of unusual sounds but nobody believes me. I m extremely fed up.i will never recommend these con team to my worst enemy

We had a very good experience despite a couple of minor issues with the vehicle specification which were promptly dealt with despite the covid lockdown issues at the time. Very satisfied with the vehicle and will be looking for a similar vehicle when next we have to exchange.

Wonderful WAV
I had dreaded having to change my Motability WAV but the whole experience was incredibly easy and straightforward, in spite of Covid restrictions. Everything happened when it had been promised and the GM staff were most professional. The vehicle is beautifully adapted and my drivers find it so easy to load me. Thank you.

No follow up despite emailing them that sliding side door lock screws have fallen out.

Very good, only downside is their telephone response, either the phone doesn't get answered or when you do get through the person you need to speak to isn't there, so you leave a message and its day's before they get back to you.

Havenât actually taken my vehicle yet , due to delays from the vehicle manufacturers. But so far GM have been very professional and helpful with the whole process. In particular the sales specialist ash beatson has been very good at keeping me up to date with the ongoing process, the admin staff are really helpful and efficient when it comes to responding to emails and phone calls.
So to sum up! Very satisfied !
