Errors everywhere.
First poster arrived with printing error that would be visible on display, they arranged a replacement that came from a different printing company that may as well have been printed on plain a3 paper, they then said they'd send another from the first supplier with an added extra, they then got the 2nd company to send me the same poster just on thicker paper and neglected to include any compensatory item like they had said they would include in the emails I have with them.
I've asked for a full refund as I'm not happy with the quality still, plus the fact they lied about using the original supplier was another nail in the coffin for me.

I ordered on the 18 of September. The product was shipped to me on the 25th and 1 week later I still haven’t received it. Very slow and poor service

Replacement of my order was perfect and fast.
The company replaced the broken product really fast and without making it hard for me. They really trust the costumer and they are doing their best for him to have the best positive experience (even if they delivery companies trying to destroy it sometimes). The products as always have excellent quality and I think that every football fan can find something really cool to decore his place. It's excellent that they are not focusing only in bigger clubs but they trying to have variety of clubs even in smaller countries. I hope they will continue to update their variety in more clubs and more nationality.

First experience, Good overall
Quality print, received it after 5 business days, counting from the moment of the purchase. My only complain is that i didn't get any information from the DHL regarding the shipment. I should had receive e-mails and an pin in order to pick up the package from the pickup store... But i believe that's more on them than on Goal of Fame

Gracias por tu comentario y por elegir nuestro producto como regalo para tu hijo. Nos gustaría aclarar que, en la descripción del artículo, se especifica la opción de recibir el póster enmarcado. Sin embargo, en este caso, seleccionaste únicamente la lámina de tamaño DIN A2, sin marco. Lamentamos si esto no quedó suficientemente claro al momento de la compra.
Somos un proyecto pequeño que pone mucho esfuerzo en cada pedido, y valoramos enormemente las opiniones de nuestros clientes. No obstante, una puntuación baja por algo que no corresponde a un error de nuestra parte nos afecta significativamente. Agradecemos tu comprensión y esperamos que el regalo sea del agrado de tu hijo.
