Hello it is so cheap service guys I payed already my payment why I m keep getting email that I didint pay it yet I send my Bank that I already payed but no one response emails already 1 week I send many it’s soo poor service why ??i m not asking much I ask I can not open my acount I ask help no one reply???is that how bandora treat the customer??what do I have to do that you guys can help to come to Estonia ??

Alles is goed en overzichtelijk.

Heb ieder maand gewoon kunnen betalen maar afgelopen week heb ik bedrag op mijn account gezet maar deze is nog steeds niet bijgeschreven.

Heb tot op heden nog steeds geen bericht van de klantenservice gehad.

Stabiles Produkt, gute Zinsen, gute Geschäftsberichte, Kunde seit über 5 Jahren

The best bank ever for your savings

Very good. I've been investing with Bondora for more than three years now and haven't had any problems. Interest is credited everyday and withdrawings, when needed, were immediate. I recommend.

I can only speak for the Go & Grow product, since that is all I Invested in so far. I started investing over years ago, in 2019, and all experiences so far have been positive.

Yes, during the early days of COVID there was a phase where payouts did not happen super fast - which was understandable though, I think. The requested funds were paid out to people in multiple parts, over a few days, which I think was a great way to ensure everyone gets at least some money right away! There was no money "lost" in that process.

The interest was always steady and transparent with Go & Grow and payouts have never been a problem so far.

Needed to withdraw 50% of my investment from Bondora, unfortunately I couldn't receive the SMS for the code, after contacting the support team they transferred the amount to my bank instantly, Great support from them, I have since topped up my bondora account, keep up the great work. Thanks

Investo in Bondora dall’anno 2023, anche con somme importanti, ad ogni minimo prelievo non ho avuto problemi, il servizio assistenza clienti é sempre presente e rapido nel rispondere, ad ogni minimo problema ci sono sempre, addirittura sono stato contattato dal loro servizio assistenza ma non ho potuto parlare con loro per via dell’inglese.
Li consiglio vivamente anche per importi alti. Davvero top!

De spammer ved at sende mails hvor de vil have en til at logge ind som om man er kunde, har rapporteret det som spam .da aldrig har haft et kundeforhold derfor ingen oplysninger kan sende til trustpilot i tilfælde af de beder om det.

Fraudsters

I sent money to start my account and they will not give it back to me

1. They said it was a modern bank (I.e monzo) and they could not confirm the payment came from me and thus cannot reflect the funds on my account or return it to me

They then said I need to use a traditional bank , transfer money to them using traditional bank and it should work

2. I used a traditional bank but but they still said they couldn’t verify me . I used all the correct details and sent evidence but still they are refusing to verify my account or send me back my money

Don’t waste your time

User friendly. Easy to use. I checked the calculations and they are correct

Bis jetzt klappt alles super. Man bekommt täglich Informationen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Wer nicht dabei ist, selber schuld.
