You just see the general results and not specific, if they are more transparent about what are they are doing, it will let the investors with more confidence to trust in the team

Nachdem ich zunächst gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe (Ein- und Auszahlungen haben problemlos funktioniert), wollte ich €50.000,— aus einem Immobilienverkauf investieren. Insgesamt ging es um 3 x 50.000€ und bei beiden anderen Instituten (Willbe und Raisin) gab es weder Nachfragen noch Probleme. Bei Bondora wollte man hingegen Nachweisen zur Herkunft des Geldes haben. Der Hammer ist allerdings, das bis zur „Klärung“ mein gesamtes Konto gesperrt wurde. Das heisst ich kann nicht über mein bisher eingezahltes Geld verfügen, ich weiß nicht was mit der aktuellen monatlichen Rate passiert ist und auch nicht, ob das bereits vor … Tagen gezahlte Geld verzinst wird. Ich erhalte nur immer wieder ein Mail von Bondora, dass die Nachweise unzureichend seien. Mittlerweile hat Bondora allerdings das Testament, den Kaufvertrag, die Eintragungsmitteilung von Notar, die Kaufpreisfälligkeitsmitteiöung vom Notar und den entsprechenden Kontoauszug bekommen. Das sollte eigentlich genügen. Auch auf meine Aufforderung, mein Geld zurück zu überweisen wurde nicht reagiert.
Ich werde mein Geld, sobald möglich, abziehen und mein Konto löschen. Ich fühle mich hier nicht gut aufgehoben.

Schnell. Hilfestellung durch das Unternehmen.

Bondora-Go&grow is rather a scam, than a serious investment platform. After you send them some money, they made almost impossible to withdraw all your funds. You can't in fact withdraw any amount of your money, due to their "policy anti-moneylaundering", so-called verifying of your bank account, which is a very hard/impossible operation to do on the phone. An awful experience.

Meget dårlig oplevelse med Bondora – kan ikke anbefales

Jeg har haft en utrolig frustrerende og dårlig oplevelse med Bondora.

For det første svarer de ikke korrekt på mails. Når man endelig får et svar, er det enten standardiseret eller indeholder links, som ikke virker. Det virker useriøst og meget uprofessionelt.

Derudover har jeg flere gange fået at vide, at jeg ville få svar på mit problem – men jeg har aldrig fået et reelt svar. Det virker som om, de bare prøver at trække tiden ud eller ignorere henvendelser.

Jeg har givet dem alle de nødvendige oplysninger, inklusive bankoplysninger og alt, hvad de har bedt om, men jeg har stadig ikke fået at vide, om mit lån er godkendt eller afvist.

Deres hjemmeside fungerer elendigt – den “tænker” konstant, og det føles som om, man har åbnet den i ti forskellige faner, der alle prøver at loade på én gang. Meget forvirrende og frustrerende brugeroplevelse.

Alt i alt er det en ekstremt skuffende service, og jeg vil ikke anbefale nogen at bruge Bondora.

Important disclosure: After going back and forward with Bondora they did honor my referral payout as a good will gesture for pushing back at their shortcomings and I was able to withdraw all my funds without issue.

The reason I am still publishing this is I believe it to be in the public interest to do so

On the 6th May I signed up to Bondora Go and Grow through an influencer promoting the platform and its 6% interest through their referral link. At the time their link promised a €25 bonus for signing up so I signed up, followed all the required instructions, provided full KYC documentation etc all was fine

I saw the €25 bonus was applied to my account. brilliant, Or so I thought. I then went to try and withdraw not really expecting it to work and low and behold it didn't.

At this point I did some digging and found terms and conditions for their give €5 get €5 promotion, not the correct terms but the first and only terms I found on their website referring to a referral bonus which mentioned topping up the account with €50 or more within 30 days of signing up.

Again not the correct terms but no where on their website clearly labeled or referenced could I find terms for their give €25 get €25 referral promotion this influence was promoting.

So I follow the give €5 get €5 terms anyway and top up by the minimum and hold it for 30 days thinking even in the worst case scenario if I don't meet the full €25 referral bonus I'll still get the €5 bonus, or so I thought.

I start earning interest on my deposit at 6%, brilliant I think lets see how things go after 30 days.

Fast forward to 6th June 2025, I open my emails to find an email from Bondora with the subject line ' [Full Name], you can't afford to miss this' warning me 'Your trial offer expires in 7 days, after the trial period ends, the bonus added to your account by Bondora will be removed if you have not made an investment with a button to 'Invest Now'.

No where in this email do Bondora mention, how much I am supposed to have deposited, how long I am supposed to hold said deposits in the account before my bonus becomes withdraw-able.

At this point alarm bells ring because I have deposited all be it the amount for the give €5 get €5 referral terms because again they were the only terms I could publicly find clearly from their website.

So I ignore it thinking it was a mistake email, I have invested I should be ok, fast forward to 18th June 2025 I open my app to find my balance had dropped to the amount I deposited + interest minus the bonus so I think what the hell is going on.

At this point a few days later giving it a chance to self correct I reach out to customer service to query it.

I email them and receive an auto response as it happens to be a public holiday in Germany and they will get back to me tomorrow, No problem.

The next day I receive a response from a customer support rep basically telling me 'the referral bonus was a trial bonus credited to my account when you opened it. As the terms of the referral program were not fulfilled the bonus was taken back.

They also try to link me to the exact terms of the referral program unsuccessfully linking me to the wrong give €5 get €5 promotional terms the same ones I'd found online and linked in the dashboard not the give €25 get €25 one.

So I respond mentioning that the terms sent do not set out clearly the amount I needed to deposit to be eligible for the €25 bonus and how I had found the €5 terms and followed them depositing and holding that amount for the 30 days.

I mentioned how it felt it unfair that the bonus was removed as the terms were never clearly outlined and if they would consider giving me the smaller give €5 get €5 amount as a good will gesture as I did not believe they were not going to honor the €25 referral bonus at this time and were also going to charge me the €1 platform fee to get my money back out on top of everything.

At this point the customer service rep quite patronizingly outlined the give €25 get €25 campaign required a €500 deposit minimum sugguesting 'before you open an account you should always read the terms and conditions beforehand' something which in my case was impossible as the terms were no where clear and clickable on their website.

In the end after going back and forward with very questionable automated responses when requesting my complaint to be raised internally and advising them they had broken EU rules by failing to clearly show the terms at the time I signed up and I requested either the €25 referral bonus or the €1 platform fee be waived and in the end they gave the €25 referral fee.

Moral of the story don't back down and don't let them defeat you into silence, Bondora please use this to learn and improve your services in the future

5 Sterne – Schnelle Auszahlung & verlässliche Plattform

Ich nutze Bondora Go & Grow bereits seit einiger Zeit und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Heute habe ich das erste Mal Geld ausgezahlt – das war innerhalb von Sekunden auf meinem Girokonto. Das hat mich ehrlich beeindruckt.

Die tägliche Verzinsung ist ein echter Pluspunkt und gerade für kleinere Beträge, die ich nicht langfristig binden möchte, ideal. Natürlich gibt es keine Einlagensicherung, aber das ist bei P2P-Krediten grundsätzlich so und für mich kein Grund, Punkte abzuziehen – man investiert hier bewusst mit einem gewissen Risiko.

Die Plattform wirkt seriös, professionell aufgebaut und benutzerfreundlich. Der gesamte Prozess – von Einzahlung bis Auszahlung – läuft absolut reibungslos.

Einziger Wunsch wäre noch mehr Transparenz, wohin genau die Gelder bei Go & Grow fließen. Aber auch das ist für mich kein echter Kritikpunkt – eher ein Verbesserungsvorschlag.

Fazit: Top Plattform für alle, die flexibel und mit überschaubaren Beträgen in P2P investieren wollen.

Good experience, I already needed to redeem some money and it was immediately available. At the moment I continue to invest.

Bondoras websites are not working if you apoly for loan, lazy bad company that wont even remove their servers that are down in finland, incompetent customer service that know nothing about technical stuff, the websites are not userfriendly and have constant errors, If i could i would give 0 stars.

De momento todo ha ido genial, es verdad que ha bajado el interés recientemente pero genero intereses diarios con ingresos y retiradas al instante cuando necesito mi dinero. Una de mis plataformas de confianza.

Sehr unkompliziert, einfach einzahlen und Rendite bekommen, genauso mit der Auszahlung, Betrag eingeben und zurück aufs Konto. 👌

Funds missing for weeks, poor customer service. Simply unbelievable.
