Excellent feedback and service. AND SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT!!

I Iove it very good product

When I got the board, it was great. It ran for a long time and went up to 25 mph like advertised. However, after using the board for 3 months, it started to have problems charging. The light for the charger would stay green when I plugged the board in. I tried multiple messages through their customer support team and I have had no response so far. It's been around three months since it's stopped charging. Maybe I'm just unlucky but I would think twice before purchasing the bolt edition of the BoardUp board. $500 down the drain.

Got this for my friend and he LOVED it. The customer service was amazing before and after buying the board. If you want a board, powerful and portable, just go for it. Couldn't resist buying another one for myself.

Excellent board, I'll def be doing a video review on the bolt. Super fast and very easy to carry. Well crafted too!

This board when I ride it in public, everybody gets shocked immediately when they saw it can fold
-it incredibly fits in a BACKPACK as long as it doesnt ripped from the bottom (weight situation)
-a car ran over ON top of the board with its wheels... AND DID NOT SNAP
-H+ Level and brake requires helmet
Cause high acceleration mode don't play
-it saved me at 2 am when the battery was very low and traveled 7km until home
-I'm the only person in my city with this board
- to improve, two chargers is better than one cause charger overheats, deliver on time, and need someone to repair my controller please

Totally works for what I need in my everyday commute, I may upgrade to electric version soon!

Good communication and dope board

The board was way better than expected, rides smooth and folds great. Nothing to complain about :)

The board handles well. Being able to fold up is useful and it doesn’t lose stability which is good. The remote works well and overall is a great board. The only thing I’ve had a struggle with is the two power cords to the hubs. One pops out all the time and I’ll notice only one hub is powered and I have to reconnect it.

I have two of your boards and have just ordered the bolt plus which I can't wait for but I have been waiting for over a month now for it and still don't have it which is a bit disappointing

Customer service has been excellent

Shipping was a little conflicting, but other than that the board itself is awesome!

It is an overall beautiful product. It seems to ride well with smooth acceleration and braking. The portability cannot be beat. Out of box it was very carvy. Felt good on the road but I'd recommend tightening the bushings a bit for a more stable ride. The remote was responsive and speed felt good and was able to get 20MPH after battery was half drained. Definitely a fun ride. Thankfully it looks like the charging port was moved to the side and out of the space where the wheel would interfere with the board. The board is not really flexible in that it has no flex when you bounce on it, but you still get some bounce and vibration protection if you keep your feet off the trucks. The folding mechanism is very good as is the ESC and battery enclosure and exude high quality as it is metal and not plastic. I love how easy it is to transport. Amazing, really.

Communication was good and responded well within a day. There was no shipping notification but looks like it was shipped within 2 days of the order and Bin shared the shipping with me after I inquired about it. Took about 2 weeks but this is due to FedEx more than anything and inefficient routing first coming to CA, heading to TX and then back to CA which consumed an extra 4 days.

As for cons, the packaging and presentation could use some work. The grip tape was not applied firmly and looked like it had been pushed a bit off on the tail with bubbles. I was able to secure most of it with my own hands so that was not much of an issue. The trimming was a bit rough and not smooth around the edges. The rubber pads between the board ends looked like the adhesive was over applied. The packaging, although amazing to think an e-board was fitting inside could be much nicer for presentation with foam padding as the shrink wrap it came in was mostly peeled off and may have been what contributed to the grip tape issues. These complaints are generally mild and did not hamper the function of the board in any way. Would be nice to see just a bit more polish on presentation to really knock it out of the park. The charge port protection is a rubber cap that is not attached to the board so keep your eye on it or it may get lost.

This is not the most powerful or fastest board out there but it sure is fun for casual riding! This is getting there and I think a V3 - V5 of this board is going to be amazing. Even as is, it is a good offering. Currently I am a fan!
