Amazing accountant firm, highly recommend wouldn't use anyone else. Very thorough and helped me with all of my accounting needs. Jordan has been my accountant for a number of years and I couldn't be happier with his service.

True experts who go the extra mile.
I've been working with GoForma for close to 2 years now, and they have been truly impeccable.
Just kind, reasonable people who always go the extra mile and have deep accounting expertise.
All of my communication with Jawad, Jordan and Parth has been nothing short of excellent. Not once have I had a problem or query which wasn't resolved immediately. Even helped us file during Christmas times.
And the whole GoForma system is very streamlined, with their website and FreeAgent synergising well. Just an overall pleasure to work with. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. You'll be pleasantly surprised of how good they are from the very first point of contact.

I highly recommend GoForma. Very efficient practise that turned around my tax return quickly. Dealt with Jordan and Jawad, comms was always clear and to the point. Great value for the service they provide

Not a good company
Not a good company, with no communication with client.
When funds is deducted from your account without your consent or piror notice. I called over 6 times that day for clarification. No one cares to listen. I just want people to be aware that communicating with customers is not one of your company's priorities. And some of your accountants are not professionals.

After reviewing your case, we understand you signed up for the wrong (cheaper) package. We strive to ensure clarity in our offerings, but we acknowledge that misunderstandings can occur and that a Limited Company cannot be served on a Sole Trader package. Our audio logs confirmed that you agreed to change the package to the correct package.
Regarding your concerns about communication, we pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive to our clients. We are not aware of the instance where this occurred, but we are very sorry anyway. It is worth noting that we operate within normal business hours and therefore do not take calls after hours.
To resolve this matter, we extended an offer to refund your purchase if the issue could be resolved to your satisfaction and you were willing to share your experience with us. We are sorry that this resolution was not accepted, as our ultimate goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are eager to find a solution that works for you and are keen to listen if you were open to communicate.
We value your feedback immensely and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please contact our customer service team, and we'll do our best to address any remaining issues.
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Spoke with Jordan, we needed some guidance on a new venture. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable on all matters relevant to accounts and new businesses. Still in the process of discussing with partners on which company to go with, however, I am impressed and have another venture in the works just for myself, might go live in a couple of years, will definitely come back and hire these guys, if all goes well.

Overall excellent experience
