GOGOBEST BIKES レビュー 

I bought a GF600 electric bike from GOGOBEST on 27 November 2024. After only six months, the battery started causing problems. I contacted customer support and, as the bike was still under warranty, requested a replacement battery. It took far too long to receive it, and then the charger also stopped working.

Unfortunately, the problems continued. Last week, the motor broke down completely, and there is also an issue with the bearing.

This bike has caused me nothing but trouble and frustration. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and the support I received. I would not recommend GOGOBEST to anyone. I feel like I have thrown my money down the drain.

I will definitely never buy from GOGOBEST again.

My battery went on my GF700.
After a month it had lost power, after 3 months it was dead.
I had multi-week back and forth where their support asked for more and more information, making me purchase multimeters and send video clips going through all the settings on the digital readout.
When they finally run out of things to waste my time with they just ignored me.
The replacement battery will be about 30% cost of the bike, so it's been an unused disaster. I'm just about to buy a second battery with a different company, I'll have to change all the mounts, open up the receiver pack and swap the cables too.

The GF600 is garbage. Its slower than molasses. Weak power and torque. Weak battery and weak motor. They call it powerfull. What a joke. It's definately not. It gets beat by kids bikes. You have to pedal your legs off just to get it to 25 mph. Meanwhile a housewifes Saneda 1000W blows by at 30 plus and the rider is barely pedaling. I'll never buy gogobest
garbage again.

Schlechtester service den ich jemals gesehen habe verkaufen nur scheis Elektro Fahrräder Akku wird angegeben das er angeblich 8 Jahre hält geht aber nach 2 Jahren schon kaputt man wird von diesen Verkäufer nur verarscht und wenn man ihnen Schreiben tut bekommt man nicht mal eine Antwort 🤣🤣

Pessimo acquisto, la bicicletta dopo pochi km non è più stato possibile caricarla dalla bici, ma solo staccando la batteria, chiesto al servizio assistenza ma alla fine ho dovuto rinunciare . Pessima azienda, una delle peggiori!

Bought a bike of these guys. Had a problem after 4 mths. Sent a video of problem, they immediately sent a new motor to replace old one. Many thanks to fancy, a pleasure to deal with

really good communication and are happy to send replacement parts, really like the bike!

Δεν περίμενα τόσο εξυπηρετικο και ευγενικό customer service.Εσπασε το μπροστινό μοτέρ από το ποδήλατο μου gf700.Στο κατάστημα είχε σκέτο μοτέρ.Δεν με συνέφερε να αγοράσω μόνο το μοτέρ ,οπότε ζήτησα μοτέρ+ζάντα.Απο την αρχή ο/η υπάλληλος ήταν εξυπηρετικός/ή.Προσπαθησε και βρήκε άκρη σε όλα τα προβλήματα που παρουσιάστηκαν στην παραγγελία,αποστολή και στα τεχνικά ζητήματα που παρουσιάστηκαν..Οποτε σε ευχαριστώ πολύ ξανά F...cy(Δεν το γράφω ολόκληρο).Φυσικά εάν δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα ας μου στείλει και το γράφω όπως πρέπει.

The last wheel has not been functioning for 10 months, and the first wheel has only a minimal amount of power (no torque). I receive NO warranty and no solution for my issues?

Je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction concernant le service après-vente de Mme Fancy. J'ai acheté le vélo Gogobest 750 et je suis ravi de mon achat. Ce vélo est incroyable, avec deux moteurs aussi puissants qu'un scooter, atteignant une vitesse maximale de 57-58 km/h. C'est grâce au service après-vente que j'ai pu le débrider à sa vitesse maximale. Il peut également monter des côtes très raides, comme décrit. Le service est toujours rapide, clair et précis. Je le recommande vivement, mais il est essentiel de conduire prudemment sans se faire prendre, car il est interdit de rouler à plus de 25 km/h ! Merci encore à Mme Fancy pour son excellent service !

The bike gogobest gm26 arrived very well packaged. It is very well built and of great quality. The after-sales service is excellent. Fancy, from after sales team is extremely helpful and always ready to assist with any issues.

I recently bought a Bezior FX200 and I'm very satisfied with both the product and the customer support.
I accidentally ordered the wrong rear luggage rack, and they responded within a few hours, letting me know about the mistake and refunding me—no hassle, no need to return the wrong item.

As for the bike’s quality, I’ve only had it for a few days, but it seems great so far. It took me about 1–2 hours to figure out the settings, but a quick Google search solved all my issues.

The bike performs as advertised. I easily reached 40 km/h with full assist and pedaling, though I recommend keeping the max speed within legal limits.

I had a great experience with Gogobest's customer service. I had some issues with shipping to an island address in Italy, but Fancy from support was very helpful and responsive. They assisted me in finding a solution, confirmed compatibility with my XF200 rear rack, and even provided a small refund for the inconvenience. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate their support!

When the display/throttle for my Niubility B14 was no longer available from the store I was pointed to another store where I could find the right part.
