I was riding at 40 km/h when the brakes failed, causing me to collide with a tree, resulting in the amputation of my hand. Additionally, the battery stopped functioning on the tenth day after riding over a minor bump. The paint quality is extremely poor—it began to peel off shortly after purchase. I ordered a replacement battery from the official website, but it never arrived. I strongly advise against this product—an absolute scam.

I recently bought a GF700 and some guy on the street bullieds me and now im very sad :(

Fancy from customer service was great in trying to resolve my problem as soon as possible and very kind and professional also very happy with my gogobest bike that had few problems in two years but it was understandable from the amount of time I spend on it.

The worst experience I could have buying this gf750 bike. Endless problems and few or no resolutions. From problems with the battery to the controllers... We have to do all the repairs ourselves because they send everything via video. When the problem persists, they stop responding and we are left with a bunch of iron lying around at home. A nightmare is what I can call this purchase.

I have a go fo best gf600 and it has battery issues due to riding it in the rain which was unavoidable and the battery failed even though it was in a waterproof battery shell.
The response from gogobest is it is not designed to be ridden in the rain ?
The battery also has issues if its cold and so making this bike useless for most of the year as it can only be used in the warm summer months

Ho acquistato 1 anno fa la gogobest gf600, premetto che non mi sono mai piaciute le bici a pedalata assistita, fino a quando non l ho provata e, mi sono ricreduto.. ottima bicicletta, ti permette di andare ovunque, molto più sicura, una pecca, gli pneumatici hanno mescola morbida ed alla minima spina, si cambia camera d'aria.. ora sto pensando di prenderne un'altra ma richiudibile, così da portarla in giro in auto..

I ordered a replacement set of brakes. The delivery firm failed to deliver what I had ordered the first time around, but Gogobest Customer services were very prompt in following up and getting my order delivered. The brake kit itself was relatively easy to fit to my FX200.

Da evitare. Ho preso una bici da loro e dopo poco ha smesso di funzionare il sensore di pedalata. Bici ancora in garanzia. SI fanno inviare non so quanti video. Ammettono che il problema è il sensore di pedalata e mi dicono che quel ricambio ha solo 6 mesi di garanzia e che devo pagarlo. Tra l'altro al doppio del prezzo venduto dal produttore Bezior. Se succede qualcosa di più importante ho paura che la bici andrà rottamata. ZERO ASSISTENZA. State molto attenti

Esperienza pessima, bicicletta arrivata con forcella difettosa, ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi hanno risposto subito dandomi un altro indirizzo email.
Successivamente contattando loro non ho avuto più risposta.
È una settimana che aspetto, zero professionalità.
Da evitare.

Overall, it was a good experience buying from this company. The bike came exactly when and as they advertised. It wasn’t too complicated to assemble but the fender was badly dented. I reported the dent to their online customer service and sent a photo. They immediately sent out replacement fenders.

Catastrophic experience with this site and this bike which first refused to send me a compliant invoice with the address of the company and the bike whose pedal broke twice in less than 6 months.
The second time this pedal broke I hurt my leg on the broken part and given that there was a bus 3 meters behind me I'm lucky to still be alive.
I do not intend to stop there and intend to take steps with my bank to get reimbursed or even file a complaint for endangerment or whatever I find.
Do not buy from this site.

Expérience catastrophique avec ce site et ce vélo qui ont tous d’abord refuser de me transmettre une facture conforme avec l’adresse de l’entreprise et le vélo dont la pédale à cassé 2 fois en moins de 6 mois.
Lors de la seconde fois ou cette pédale à caser je me suis fait mal à la jambe sur la partie cassé et compte tenu qu’il y avait un bus 3 mètre derrière moi je suis chanceux d’être encore en vie.
Je ne compte pas en rester la et compte entreprendre des démarche avec m’a banque pour me faire rembourser voire déposer une plainte pour mise en danger ou ce que je trouverais.
N'acheter surtout pas sur ce site.

Tive um problema com uma bateria, e eles resolveram o meu problema, sempre amáveis e sempre a querer ajudar a resolver a situação. Muito bom mesmo cinco estrelas

I bought a GF750 18 months ago I've had zero problems with the bike it's awesome..the brakes need changing and discovered by the shop that the callipers need changing aswell so they are sending them free of charge can't get better than that. Customer service is excellent thanks gogobest.

I bought a gogobest gf700 excellent bike well worth the money had a few minor problems that was sorted out instantly over a few days customer service only have online chat in UK and have to wait a day or so for a reply but they reply and help with customer related issues the bike is extremely fast and reliable it got me up 1835 feet up a hill with ease
Brilliant quality bike excellent ride perfect for e-bikers who want a real true of road and on road experience the battery is long life lasting I've travelled over 30 miles on a full charge Go home and still had half full battery life the bike is a bit heavy but that's to be expected from a fat tire ebike controls are easy to learn and understand how to use them the front mud guard is to big but I have replacement ones that fit I've ridden through mud water sand dirty and it still fully works and once you clean it up it still works reliable high quality ebike the only thing I would change on this is the size of the battery it is a big chunky brick battery but apart from that excellent ebike with front and rear drive for extra speed and boost pedal assist only or throttle only or both together top speed so far with just front and back electric motors after changing the settings around i got it up to 42.1mph on a flat road so imagine the speed you could get if you where going down hill 😁😁🤘 so my conclusion is buy this bike from this company you won't regret it also check out some of there others e-bikes they have wide selection for all your ebiking needs

Bought gogobest gf700 several days ago with a tent got told no tent in stock ok send me my bike and refund for the tent they arent available on weekend so if you make a purchase on Friday you won't get communication till Monday like I just have just been given a tracking number been told I will get refund for the tent and a small free gift okay well once i receive my bike and the refund for the tent and receive the small free gift they promise i shall change this once more to a full five star review
